I simply stated I didn't see that anywhere in the email, and that I could grab cash at the ATM next dooor and be back in 2 minutes. Upon that time the Instructor came out yelling and screaming at me saying I'm late and unprepared. At that moment I replied and said bro I tried to call yesterday like it says on the email and no one answered. Do not waste your precious time waiting until the 16th of the month to even try to sign up for courses. I was told to call at 10am on the 16th of the month and I could sign up with the office person. I wasted 2 weeks and a half hour of my time waiting to sign my child up for a course, and was told at 10:30am that all the intermediate courss were full and there was only 1 novice course was available. The phone was busy or was forwarded to a completely different number for a half hour, then when my call was answered at 10:33am, I was told the courses were full for the entire month of July except 1 course, which was not the right course for my child. The person who answered the phone was so rude and condescondescending. I told them when I called the office 2 weeks ago, I was told to call at 10am and if they only started answering how did all of the courses fill in 3 minutes. When I asked how all of the courses could have filled, they said "Do you reall want me to explain to you?". They only open their phone lines at 10:30 and all of the courses were filled by returning families. They played the "I don't know who you talked to 2 weeks ago" card, then continued to be defensive about their flawed business model and terrible customer service. My review is based on the location, and interaction with the girl working there. , I haven't taken the defensive class yet. I had to re-schedule because the class that I am required to take is offered on a different date. When I called ADOT, they registered me on a wrong class. Not the girl's fault working there, but she was very helpful, fixed the situation, and rescheduled me. Don't forget to bring your ID, letter from the ADOT with Case Number, and Payment. The class is 8 hours long with a one hour break, so plan accordingly.

I told her I didn't appreciate this call today and would like to make a complaint. She hung up on me. I called back and told her that was unprofessional and wanted a call back. I don't recommend this online potion for defensive driving school. Hence, even this somewhat tech savvy person was frustrated with the setup and overall experience. The site is recommended by the court documents and gives their website information however it's poorly written with a lot of grammatical errors. Navigating through the lessons are confusing at first. You have to remember certain photos and titles. They quiz you this for memory purposes I am guessing. For this section, they give you 30 seconds to answer with only 2 attempts! I can see this being very hard for the old generation or people needing more time to comprehend. Some of the questions are irrelevant with remembering certain years or determining a person's alcohol in take is acceptable or how many defenses you can have before exteme mesaures are taken. Overall, this made me realize I should have maybe paid the ticket. The class was just as much. Lessoned learned. He had many stories to tell about his days trucking and mistakes he made so we won't do the same. he also showed us many learning videos and even ones of mistakes, not to scare us but to ensure safety and show the real world of trucking. We practiced paper log books so we don't look like fools if we had to do one with a company. He also gives us many companies to apply to and showed us how to check companies backgrounds. John seemed proud of me passing my DMV test which shows how much he cares about his students. Kenny was my driving instructor and he is very patient, detailed, and genuinely cared about making sure I learned everything the right way. He didn't just rush me through the course he made sure I understood the skills and safety behind driving, however I am a quick learner and was at the range for 4 weekends ( Could have been 3 but he wanted to make sure I was 100% for my DMV test so he did a mock test with me the weekend before my actual test) . He had many tips and tricks to learning fast. He pays a lot of attention to every student and makes sure all our needs are met! I had lots of time on the road and practicing skills. I'd definitely recommend Kenny as a driving range instructor he's knowledgeable and cool to be around ! Mike was okay, I had him on my first day and didn't really learn much from him. She passed without an issue and even is excited to have her license. She was taught things I hadn't even considered like drive thru's and parking garages!
