They installed jacks, beams and sistered cracked joist. they also let us know that part of the problem was the high humidity in our Crawlspace so they encapsulated the entire Crawlspace and installed two dehumidifiers. They did great follow up and after a lot of work seem to have stopped the problems from getting worse, which is all we could ask. Every crew they sent was incredible - professional, friendly, hard working and efficient. All the crew leaders let us know exactly what they were doing and Adian even found and fixed issues with our HVAC ducts and registers that we didn't know about. it took a long time and, to be honest, was not cheap, but Bay does great work and follow up. we would use them again.

Please note that we went with Bay and the work they have done is excellent. I have been in my house for 10 years and I have never seen the pump work so good. Everyone gave us excellent customer services. The sales person was very thorough with his inspection and quote. The onsite manager and workers gave a timeline and was finished early. They also made sure that all areas where very clean. The office customer services made sure we where updated on scheduling. Ok so I first started messaging with the owner to schedule a carpet cleaning, but then was told by my mgt company that we only needed to clean the house. I updated my request and she (the owner) was simply wonderful! We were able to communicate clearly and quickly even though she was having an emergency. The cleaning she did was incredibly thorough and in a very reasonable time. I appreciate her experience that allowed us to get our deposit back upon move out. For this they offered a 10% discount. So I got $12.00 off, but it cost me $250+ in time off at work. I rescheduled for the next available date, but by that point, the electricity was turned off. This meant that the crew could not vacuum. I had to hire another company for the carpet. I could hardly tell that the crew "cleaned." They sent pictures after they were "done." (See below) I was at work so I could not be there to approve. But the pictures clearly show a the job was half done. They "finished" the job only when I held up payment. My landlord didn't believe that I hired a cleaning crew. So I don't get my deposit back yet. The counters were gritty. There were cobwebs in the ceiling-corners. We never saw the owner Leon prior to the day the cement was poured So obviously he did not know what we wanted and didn't care. The concrete is riddled with cracks, unevenly cut, and stains he promised would fade. the stains are still visible one year later. Leon abandoned leftover tiles and never even came back to finish the job. It's clear that they don't stand by their promises or their quality at all. Please refer to the attached images that show just how poorly this was done. I strongly caution anyone considering Best Concrete to look elsewhere. It's been an extremely frustrating experience."
