Didn't get a chance to really look at any prices they offered but I did see the selection of items offered and personally it looked like expired products, a lot of processed foods outdated appliances and mostly things other stores didn't sell. So you might find that random you're looking for or if you certainly care about price. I myself was asked to leave or carry my service animal and was told they don't allow "pets" I think it's fair to say that a service animal is yes a pet but also a huge need for the disability community as well. It's clear I cannot carry my service animal throughout the store while I shop and as I told them service animal they did not follow the correct procedure for this and will be contacting the ALCU and hopefully they can get educated about it. This is a very difficult review to write, as I have been a loyal and grateful customer of this location for years, coming at least once pre month. Yesterday's experience was humiliating, painful, and unique. My wife dropped me off at this location on her way to the Gresham library. I had shopping to do here, and first needed to briefly use the toilet. I am 81 year's old and I am currently walking with a cane because of extreme leg pain. When I asked for permission to briefly use the toilet, I was denied that opportunity and told that I could go to one of two nearby restaurants. When I explained that I could not walk, I was told that I was just out of luck, and that the one toilet was for employees only. As I became more and more uncomfortable and impatient, as my wife had not returned, none of the employees present showed any compassion for my condition. One male employee became confrontational, and physically blocked my access to the toilet. When I mentioned that I might go on the floor if he did not let me pass, he said that if that happened he would call the police and have me arrested. While it absolutely would have been inappropriate in other situations, I walked around the employee and used the facilities. When I originally asked if I could speak to the owner staff was at first very reluctant. After I used the toilet, when I finally was able to speak with the person who stated he was the owner, he was abusive and completely without any empathy and instructed me to leave his store immediately. Since COVID, some stores have reopened their toilets to patrons by giving their employees the discretion to assist in special situations. It seems that the employees, in this location, are given little discretion or opportunity to use their judgement in customer relations matters. Perhaps they are fearful of the owner. While I acknowledge that there is no legal obligation for any business to provide a public toilet, I would appeal to the humanity of this and other retail businesses to allow their onsite managers to exercise compassion in special circumstances. read more

I was parking in downtown Gresham and saw their sandwich board sign and decided to stop in. They have a large parking lot that leads into a well-organized and stocked store. The main part of the store has hardware, clothes and home goods and to the left they have an assortment of food - some close to expiration, some expired and some not expired, all mixed together. Being a bargain hunter I am pretty good at selecting what I need at a fair price. I walked away with a few good deals. It's one of those places where you can't go there expecting to find something. Staff were friendly and hands-off and having stuff organized was a real plus for efficiency. Definitely worth the time if you are in the area. read more

Person working there made me put my mini backpack, smaller than a purse, behind the counter, even though another woman who was there had a purse bigger than mine and she was able to walk around with hers. I guess once your purse is on your back rather than on your side it's a big deal. Also, we are told to use reusable bags to shop yet when we bring one in it needs to go behind the counter? Someone there needs to work on their consistency. read more

Neat lil spot in historic downtown Gresham. They have their own parking lot, which is helpful. And it's located a short walk to the Main Street area that has tons of local shops & restaurants. A lot of their clothes are a hodgepodge of Kirkland/Costco stuff. They have a surprising amount of goods like mix of Freddy's, Walmart, Target & Grocery Outlet all-in-one. If you're getting foods, double check the expiration date! The prices are great. If you're one of those people that think that expiration dates are "guidelines" that big companies set to save their butts from liability, then this is your place. When I initially signed up for text message alerts on upcoming sales, I saved a nice chunk of change at that visit. Then, I got a text about extra % off of certain colored tags on clothes/foods. I got a pair of nice Kirkland workout pants for $9, and they were priced at $12.99. I definitely dig the savings! I don't see myself going here weekly, but when I do randomly stop by, I'm always pleasantly surprised at what I find. Oh! Good selection of toys, too. Say your kid is invited to a bday party? Instead of going to Ross, go here first! All the employees I've dealt with have been pleasant & helpful and never waited in a long line. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with the grocery side of this store. Was able to get a big box of Cliff bars for my son for $5. Not much else i cared for other than grocery. Apparently there is a text club that sends you coupons for certain days. Will definitely look into it next time i stop in. read more

The manager was extremely rude to a customer that question their receipt because of a over overcharge on the receipt. The manager basically said to "sue them" vs. to seek the truth. I will never shop there again and I suggest you don't either. If you do watch very very closely to your receipt and your credit card statements....THis was the Gresham Store read more
