Audrina was friendly, informative, and reassured me I can enjoy my child/guests because she had everything covered. She was very hands on and didn't want us doing anything. Every team member on the party floor were kind and ready to assist. When the staff is kind to you, of course it always makes you excited to return. I have not experience anything like it. The only thing I would say that was negative was the bathrooms were not well maintained. Otherwise great experience. Daniel was so knowledgeable, answered all the questions we had and more and genuinely cared for all of the animals we met. Don't skip the roos, they are so soft and we got to spend time with mama to be Lulu and baby Onya. They take in animals from various circumstances, including those confiscated from the illegal animal trade, and care for them and find other homes for them like zoos or aquariums. I highly recommend a visit to Wine County Zoological, its perfect for a memorable experience for a special occasion.

The capybara is a large animal, and it was pretty surprising and amusing that the female came over and after having her snacks from us would lay down for belly rubs, just like a dog . The sloths were adorable and the little armadillo was very personable. It was enjoyable holding and admiring him.. The tour is educational, fun and rewarding and the money goes for the upkeep and vet bills of all these wonderful wildlife animals . They are a joy.

She worked with me to come up with a package that fit my budget and daughter's party wish. They take PayPal, cash or check. I have two pieces of feedback. First, I would recommend is having a cancellation policy or two way contract to ensure customer and owner are protected. For example, if the pony is sick and can't show or the customer cancels last minute, it's nice to have something like that in place. Second, I would have costs listed on the website for different options with descriptions of the package. We will be using them again for my neice's party!
