My two toddlers always have such a fun time here, especially in the trampolines and play structure. The pizza is honestly delicious too!! The thin, crispy, garlicky crust is my favorite! One thing I've learned is to order food as soon as you arrive because the staff can get overwhelmed once the place fills up with kids and parents. I'm still giving 5 stars because it's clearly not the employees' fault they're understaffed. The team works hard and stays kind even during the chaos. When I tell you, we love Chuck E. Cheese's. Myself starting out as a Chuck E. Cheese girl at age 5, I carried on the love for it to my kids. I am 37 years old now and my kids are 3 and 8. As you may know they have changed so much since I was a kid. No more tickets, lots of places phasing out coin games. One cool thing that makes Chuck E. Cheese's so affordable is the memberships! I do love this! Gold membership for just 30$ a month we can go everyday if we wanted to. It gives us 250 free credits, 50% off all food and the trampoline zone. We love it! We go easily at least once a week. That being said we are not from this area.This was the first time we ever went to this location and I am blown away! This is by far the best Chuck E. Cheese's we have ever been to. The food was fresh and delicious, The staff is super friendly, they have a great amount of fun games, and guess what? They even have more than one coin game still!!! I was so excited by this! They had a great variety of prizes. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the prize counter, they even have birthday star t shirts! You are darn right I got one for myself lol. My birthday is coming in August and I want to be ready!lol! About the games! Not only did they have all their games in working order, Chuck! You got those moves! I love how hype and into character he was! The chuck in our area acts like he hates his job lol. We got our daughter a monthly pass so that we had somewhere safe and inside to bring her especially in bad weather. The last few times this place has been anything but safe. First there was a lady dressed as Snow White who wouldn't believe me my nephew was my nephew. She then kept trying to get in between us telling me she didn't think that was my nephew. Not a big deal but did make us all uncomfortable including my nephew's mom who was also there. Then last week we went and there was a whole group of adults with mental challenges and their handlers. Didn't bother me they all deserved to go out and have fun too. Then one had a full mental break screaming hysterically as 2-3 handlers tackled him in front of my table and purse so I can't leave even though my 2 year old is crying and holding her ears asking if the man has owies. I get my stuff and try to escape, then they drag the guy to the curb and block the exit getting him in the van. This whole scene made me very uncomfortable and not once did anyone try to help me or apologize, everyone acted like this was just a normal day there. My daughter loves Chuck E Cheese so we will give them another chance but I'm starting to feel like it's not a very safe space for small children. read more

Let me say at the start, I really don't like to give negative reviews but if it helps the business regroup then it becomes a positive. My grandson had his 3rd birthday party booked at CC and we ordered the Ultimate Party with food. The estimated cost was approximately $550. When I arrived early with a cake, there was no Hostess, which is part of that I package, and after trying to order food again which I already had online, a young lady came out and took the cake. Then the manager came out moved me to another register and put my order in again. His customer service skills lacked alot of luster as he was rushed and slightly irritated. Enter my family and the birthday boy. The kids and other invited guests immediately ran to the arcade games and trampolines. There were also 3-4 other parties going on as well so it was organized Chaos! I went to the table and within 10 mins the food started being delivered but I never saw the Hostess to help round-up the group so they could eat. The purpose of the Hostess is to keep your party on track and make sure it goes as ordered. I was informed the hostess we were supposed to have had a family emergency and was not available. The Hostess did however visit another table a few more times along with some woman in a red shirt directing her to the other table completely ignoring me. The lady in the red shirt was supposedly a manager for the floor but only saw her twice and not at my table. The food, by the way, was good and preparation very well done. The best part of the whole fiasco. Obviously, the cook knows her job and did it well. As more folks arrived some ate and some of the kids found they way over to our table with their parents. At that point we gave them Chuckie socks and a gift bag so at least that was covered. Never saw my grandson until the end when they were to meet Chuckie. The Hostess showed up for Chuckie and then again to deliver my bill for $547. I guess when I looked at it and said "Seriously" she got the message and indicated I could speak to a manager, the same irritable guy from earlier. I said "just give me the bill so we can end this". Here are my recommendations: 1) Food should be upfront with arcade and trampolines in the back. This starts the party and you get food first, fun and games second. Perhaps it could reduce the chaos and confusion. 2) Don't book a party. Order some pizza, bring your own cake and buy some Chuckie points for an hour and call it good. Would I do it again? Not a chance. I'm sure there are loyal Chuckie fans out there and I can congratulate you, but when we are paying top dollar for something in this current environment we expect that we are not throwing money away. They did reduce the bill by $100 dollars and I will give the Hostess that accolade for realizing it was a disaster. read more

Just wanna let you all know that Chuck E. Cheese in Rohnert Park is not a good place for business. Never try to reserve. You won't get your money back as I found this information out today as we tried to cancel. Management called US back and told us that the deposit is nonrefundable. We are upset because we were told different when we initially reserved on October 6. When we originally reserved my wife and I specifically asked the front desk person that if we can get our $50 back before we put our credit card down. And she stated that we can cancel up until a few days prior to the birthday party. As she states that "you can either cancel prior n get our money back for the deposit or you can proceed and get official headcount of all that is coming that day on Oct 16 Thursday". While my daughter's birthday was supposed to be October 19. This person who took our reservation never said anything about "nonrefundable" to me and my wife. However, Management team there said as she was supposed to let me know about that. I informed them politely " it would be wise for your management team to educate your front desk to let others know who are also reserving that it's nonrefundable. Instead we just got a 50$ credit. Also another issue that management team informed me was that the front desk person who inputted my reservation documented that I used "cash" to make the reservation when I actually use my credit card for the depot Which was also a wrong for them to do. Lastly, I have to admit it does have a very bad smell when you walk into Chuck E. Cheese. I believe they need to do a deep clean on the carpets which could help there buisness! read more

My husband and myself always enjoy meeting our daughter and family at the Rohnert Park Chuck E. Cheese. We've ALWAYS have experienced STELLAR service many because of Jeannie!! She has a special way of communicating and connecting with the children of all ages. Jeannie interacts with parents and children, communicating any specials going on and encouraging the children in a positive way as they play the games. The pizza has always been great and the salad bar is kept fresh. I appreciate the young man employee there tonight, he made a special effort to come to our table asking if everything was ok, that isn't something that happens at other establishments so I was very impressed. Then while we sat enjoying our evening the same young man walked around routinely wiping down all tables and seats. Decided to take the kids to Chuck E Cheese on a Monday morning to get their summer wiggles out. We haven't been for awhile and the place added some new games and upgrades. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always keeping an eye out for customers especially at check in. Some of the new games included an Angry Bird "Whack-A-Mole", a two person van ride, and a cartoon zombie 2 player shooting game which was my kids' favorite. I don't typically eat here, but we do get ice cream before we leave. They've increased their ice cream prices. It use to be $1-$2, now it's around $3-4 for the same bars. However, they do have vanilla and chocolate ice cream cups for $1. Overall, it was a pleasant morning. The place wasn't busy since they just open at 11am, so my kids were able to run around and explore. Will be back this summer for sure. read more

We were visiting the area and I had kids to entertain for a few hours so we were glad to find this Chuck E. Cheese's. Over all it was very clean and in a good location. We got there right when it opened and it wasn't very crowded. We ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and it came out fairly quick and it was delicious. I went with a salad because they had a good variety of toppings and everything looked very fresh. On the other hand they could use some help with their customer service. A couple times I went to the counter and even though there were 2 employees standing there I was completely getting ignored so that was a little irritating, one employee especially happened more than two times. On a positive note I purchased 2 passed for my granddaughters to jump on the trampoline and the 2yr old was completely terrified so I asked for a refund if possible and they said I couldn't get a refund but I could get extra play or something from the prize area. Everything about Chuck E Cheese is great at the Rohnert Park location, except maybe the line to order can get a bit slow. The workers are wonderful, fun enthusiastic people who seem to be very concerned about my grandson having a good time as well as about his safety. They've got all kinds of systems set into place so that you can comfortably let your well behaved child run free around with fear. The pizza is decent, edible... the salad bar is really quite good, and very well-maintained. I'm able to share with my young grandson, but we don't eat a full portion. I suppose if you're greedy, they'd say something. We go on Wednesday afternoons when there are quite a few different deals going on. They always have a basic deal at the counter, but take the time to check out online for special deals. We love Chuck E. Cheese. My son party was a disaster because the food had to be out by 5pm. The kid's puse their card thinking the food was ready but then I was told the the food was not ready and it was going going to be late 30 minutes. So the kids went back to play and when the food came out 30 minutes later, they could not puse their card again and they lost an hour of play it was embarrassing for me and my son with his friends and family. After I left I notice I was charge for three more kids because I book online for 10 kids but on Friday night I added three more when I arrive they only gave me 10 cards so when I ask for for 3 cards plus 1 more cards I got charge 4 total of 17 kids. My sons and I are regulars at this location. I remember going to visit Chuck E. in the 80's. Many things have changed. The food is quality food. To the parents who claim the pizza is "too greasy" try the other items on the menu. They offer a salad bar, wings, sandwiches and veggie platters. It's not going to be gourmet food. Haha! But, the pizza is pretty good. Our family enjoys it. The location is CLEAN and the employees work so hard to keep it this way. By far the worst Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to...We attended a birthday party today. We've been to this location many times before and it keeps getting progressively worse. The last time we were here our 5 year old was assaulted by a teenager, hitting her in the face with a pizza box. Today there was a large Pitbull Dog and the owner chose to have it sitting in the most trafficked area of the facility. When asked if he could move his dog out of the way the person tried to start a fight. Me, my sister, her young baby and my toddler were sitting and eating in the toddler area and out of all the machines in the place the guy working had to spray chemical and dust the machine right in front of our table. I rarely give negative reviews, but...We brought my boyfriends kids here that were visiting for the holidays and as I am not hip to the Chuck E Cheese deals we asked about the playing cards and they said just what was up on the board. We paid $56 for a cold pizza, drinks and salad bar then $32 for them to play games for 45 minutes. They charged us for extra drinks we didn't order and accused me of stealing from the salad bar because they didn't see my plate in my hand. If you order a large pizza deal you get two playing cards for an hour. Every Wednesday they offer without the pizza deal $14.99 for 60 minutes of play. It's Wednesday!!When I asked them why they didn't tell us about any those deals the manager said you have to say it when you order. I asked how we were supposed know that if it's not posted up anywhere. She said to check the website next time. Ever since the concept was introduced, I always wanted to visit one of these restaurants. I always thought they would be lots of fun. Unfortunately, I never lived close enough to try one. Finally, my Boys and I decided to make a pilgrimage to Rohnert Park to visit Scandia http://www.yelp.com/biz/scandia-family-fun-center-rohnert-park and Chuck E Cheese on the same day. It was going to be a video game adventure! Compared to Scandia, it was a big let down. First, the place was really dirty. Though there were several employees, no one was wiping or clearing any tables. The only thing I had a craving for on the menu was Buffalo Wings. Unfortunately, they were sold out. The Cheese pizza is about a 1 on a 10 scale. It looks and feels like they just reheat frozen pizzas in the back room. Since it's so greasy, little kids don't wash their hands, and none of the employees was wiping down anything, when you get to the video games, most of the controls are really greasy. It was so gross, I had to have my Boys wash their hands twice as I was really worried they were going to catch something and get sick. The singing show was so so. Hardly anyone was watching it. Overall, the whole place seems more geared to childcare for the under 6 crowd. Compare to Scandia's game room, I think it's a better place to bring little kids. They seem to have more kiddy games, and it's easier to keep an eye on them. On top of that, they guard the entrance to keep little ones from wandering off. Another plus is that all the machines will work for 1 token. At Scandia, lots of things require 3 tokens. My Boys, and many kids, were fixated with games that enabled them to earn tickets that could be redeemed for little prizes. If Mom and Dad want to help, they have a posted sign that all prizes can be bought for cash, and additional tickets can be purchased for 1 cent each (to help your child get to the next prize level). Since my Boys are now older than 6, I can't ever imagine wanting to visit one of these locations again. read more
