I think my favorite part of my visit had to be the classes in particular the fengu shi and numerology class. I definitely can't wait to go home and try some of the things I learned in these classes. I personally didn't want to leave the resort, so I opted for the all inclusive package that included daily spa credit. This to me is a nice option to not have to think about what I'll eat. I also opted in purchasing the shuttle to CIVANA. It was an extra cost that most resorts normally include in total pricing, but it was fine. They have an option to do a time shuttle or pay for private shuttle service as well.

In addition, I did a 20 minute meditation, and that was very peaceful also was treated to facial lymphatic scrub. I really enjoyed that. Overall, we had a really good time at this event, which also featured an opportunity to come back to try a full service product. I'm torn between wanting to do a massage or doing a full service facial. So looking forward to setting that up. What I will say is the spa has a lot of activities outside of your treatments so if you're going to be booking a spa day, make sure you check the calendar to see what other offerings that they have. Very excited for an upcoming spa day and will update my review once I get a full treatment. I will recommend that if you see Savannah after dark pop-up again, it is a really nice way to tour the facilities and get in some mini treatments to see if you would like to come back for the full spa day. I am sold and I can't wait to go up there and just relax.

Janey's Coffee Co & Bodega is truly a treasure. Set back from the main road (Cave Creek), I was…read moremildly surprised at how busy it was on a late Sunday Afternoon. I say "mildly suprised" because once we walked up to the actual coffee house we heard the live music on the large back patio. One of our absolutely favorite local artist, Aaron Howard was performing, and he definitely brings in a crowd. It was busy, as I mentioned, but not too crowded, and we found a good table towards the back. As it was the begging of the hot weather this spring, we were very grateful for the generous-sized table umbrellas. But first, we went inside the Bodega to order a Beer and a snack. They have a great selection of Beer and wine! And since we were still 2 hours or so away from dinner, we decided to grab a veggie & cheese board, which had a nice variety of cruditè and humas. It was very satisfying for 2 adults. We spent.a total of about 2 hours there and left there knowing we would be coming back to Janey's. Side note: For those of you who need accessibility, I myself am on an electric scooter for ambulating. The parking lot is dirt and only has a couple of handicap parking spots. But no space is more than approximately 150 ft from the entrance to Janey's. Once you get to the building, it is very easy to get in and out of the main bodega, with wide, level doorways. The doors were propped open when we visited. I did not utilize the restroom on this visit.

However, what' will keep us from going back is the no-personality service. Been there twice in the afternoon and both times the service was stoic. For us friendly service tops everything. Nobody wants to feel like you're inconveniencing the employees.

Julie was amazing to work with and accounted for every detail, included a welcoming sign and each place had it's own personalized menu card with his name and wishing him a happy birthday on it. The food was all amazing and the desserts were even better. We were on a slight sugar overload because we not only got the dessert that came as part of the prefixed meal, but they also brought out a 'birthday dessert' which was a giant slice of birthday cake, the creme brulee, and apple pie a la mode. It was a great touch but a lot of sweets. Some points to note but nothing to really 'complain' about... Other staff did come in to grab supplies from the supply closet which didn't bother us too much but some might think that it would feel like you were placed off into a supply closet turned 'private dining' rather than a true private dining room. The AC didn't seem to be working well so extra fans were brought into the room which helped slightly but it was still quite warm in the room. There is a steep ramp about 2 feet long that made getting in and out of the room a little challenging for my father in law with his walker and overall balance, but otherwise was not an issue. Overall it was a great experience and the party guests were very complimentary of the whole thing!

She responds so quickly and always addressed every question, idea, etc I presented. I loved getting to work with Julia, she is such an asset at Keelers. I cannot say enough good things about her! Overall, we had a good experience. They were very nice to provide a vegan option for one of our guests. The food was hit and miss with some dishes (like the NY Strip) being great and others being not so good (like the Prime Rib (although it was massive in size!) and Salmon). Our server Maria was great! She had a full section on the patio and then us off in the private room and she did a great job providing us with good, quick service and we loved her banter as well. All the staff we interacted with were really nice. We enjoyed being in the private room and not having to worry about disrupting other dinners, but there were some quarks with the private room. Staff often came in to access some kind of storage room within the room, we would have loved the ability to control the music ourselves, which was on when we arrived but stopped part way through out meal. The room is also separate from the rest of the restaurant, I assumed it would have been inside the same building but it is off the patio in it's own building and down a very steep ramp.
