The WORST!!! I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter which…read morewere too big and she returned them a few days later with the gift receipt. They issued a gift card in return. I then returned to the store with said gift card and original VISA receipt in order to get a refund on my VISA. The cashier refused. The manager was then brought in and she said "we can't do that". Really?? Really??? I've worked in retail and there are always ways of doing things to ensure customer satisfaction. Needless to say I am totally pissed and Zara is the loser here.

My last visit, they had a big selection of clothes for 50% off last price but I didn't find a lot for the size I was looking for. They had baby to sized 12-14 items. I like buying the cute t-shirts and long sleeved tops, and matching it with bottoms. They also have stylish jackets and coats. I usually find socks on sale and cute designs and they seem durable. The prices are higher when items aren't on sale, but I can usually find a great gift at a reasonable price. Will shop here again when I'm looking for a gift for a child!

The reason the clothes are so cute is because they are miniature grownup clothes! You can dress your kid up in a cute little polo shirt and trousers - SO CUTE! The prices are typical Gap prices but for the kids clothing, I think it's worth it. I have bought birthday and Christmas gifts here and they are always a huge hit. The staff is really great too. How could you not be cheerful being around those adorable little clothes all day?! They are very helpful and very friendly.

I even bought a Uniqlo down vest, from a special Uniqlo vending machine, in the Las Vegas airport! I love that these clothes are simple, stylish, good quality and very usable. I own a variety of Uniqlo items such as Heat Tech shirts, down filled vests, bra, and casual pants. I love how you can layer these clothes. A lot of their clothing comes in solid colours. You can easily mix and match the shirts, sweaters, vests and jackets. Their down filled jackets and vests are lightweight and great for travelling. This new store located in West Edmonton Mall is awesome! It legit looks like the awesome stores I visited in California! They have clothing for women, men and kids. The prices are also pretty good! On my first visit I saw items ranging from $12-$100. Today was opening day and it was crazy busy! The long lineups outside the store were unbelievable! Uniqlo was giving a lot of swag away. They gave free tote bags to the first 200 people in line before 10am. They also had a deal for a free Uniqlo tote bag, with a $75 purchase. They were also giving away Heat Tech Crew Neck Long Sleeves T-shirts with all purchases. I wanted to buy a bunch of things once I got inside the store. However, I gave up that dream when I saw the super long and winding lineup (almost as long as the lines outside of the store) for the cashiers. I was a bit bummed to leave empty I handed, but I knew I'll be back. I'll wait until the excitement settles down a bit, before I return. It totally makes sense to have this store in Edmonton. We need warm and cozy clothes for most of the year here! These types clothes make up the majority of our closets! I'm glad we have this store in Edmonton! I hope they expand and open more Uniqlo stores here!

West Edmonton Mall is a nice mall to spend an afternoon. There's a huge ice rink and it keeps the…read moremall pretty cool. They have your mall staples, like T&T, Uniqlo, Apple, and Nike. It also seems to be pretty bustling even though we went towards the end of the day. If you're hungry, they have a huge food court with tons of options. It also connects to a casino and even a Toyota dealership, and it has plenty of parking. Lots of things to do in this area.

It doesn't just have stores and restaurants, but it has hotels, indoor waterpark, indoor golfing, mazes, ice, skating, animals,and it has a play area as well. There are different themes. My favorite store is here are - Lululemon - roots - London drugs - TNT market There's so much to do at the mall you can spend a whole day here! There are several food courts. My favorite place to get food is at the TNT market. They have a variety of Bento boxes, sushi, a bakery, dim sum, and drinks. Plenty of parking in the lot

They have a lot of great clothing styles that I could see myself wearing that is if I actually could fit into their items. I really like their selection of jeans; they have some really nice styles that form fitting and are meant to make you look great. Their jeans seem to be mostly priced at $49.90, which is pretty reasonable considering how great their jeans look. Now that spring and summer is coming up pretty fast the short skirts and shorts are coming out. I saw some really cute short skits and shorts at Abercrombie and Fitch, just incase you were wondering where you can find some. They currently have an end of the season sale so you can find some great looking items for a bit of a cheaper price, which is always nice. I even like their men's section. They have some really great colors and styles that would look fantastic on any guy. It seems like their style of clothes fit into the "varsity" look, so guys who have a bit of a build would look super in these styles. I'm not saying that whippy guys, like my boyfriend, wouldn't look good in them but that's just who I picture wearing these clothes. Okay enough of that. The store itself is very modern and it has that exclusive members only kind of feeling. The men's section is separated from the women's and you need to walk into the place a little before seeing their clothes. But the store is really nice and classy looking. The staff is really nice and helpful.

It turns out, I wasn't completely right. I wasn't completely wrong either though! This is a pretty preppy store and, maybe it was just like this on the day I went, everyone in the store fit that mold. The preppy look isn't really my look so I didn't find a lot in this store that I loved, but I did find some really cute denim skirts! They were great because they were adorable, stylish, and they weren't really overpriced. And they reminded me that spring is just around the corner! They also have some pretty cute jeans here. And, let's be honest, $50 for a pair of jeans is not unreasonable in today's world. They have some cute stuff, not all of it is my style, but I'm sure it is somebody's!

They typically get my kids to try on at least 3 pairs of shoes/ sandals/ boots, watch them as they walk in them, and then tell me whether they think they're a good fit or not. I'm sad that my oldest is growing out of their sizes. As for price, yes, it's more expensive ... but you also have staff who actually know what they're doing, instead of just picking something off a rack yourself at Walmart. I would prefer to spend the extra, and know that someone has actually taken a look at my kids' feet and the support they need. As someone who has had lots of issues with my own feet, including fallen arches, this is vitally important to me. I have never had issues with anyone here being rude to me. Busy, absolutely, but I feel very welcomed here and my kids love coming to the shop.

With, ice cream in hand, we were welcomed with smiles and good afternoons. (PHEW) Had the boys also been eating ice cream this may have not been the case. Note: I wouldn't tempt their good natures (haha) We came today specifically to look at books, there's always a great selection here. I was looking for a specific toy for Christmas and I wasn't able to find it online. I searched and…read moreMastermind came up so I checked out their website but couldn't tell if they had the specific ones I was looking for. I called the store and the person who answered told me they had them in store and if I didn't find the ones I was looking for to ask as they have them in the stockroom as the display won't hold them all. I went in around 8:30 after checking that they closed at 9. They were counting money and likely anxious to close soon as there were no other customers. I asked one of the staff where I could find the toy and she directed me to the display. There were 4 items but they didn't have any others so I gave her the names of the 3 I was looking for. Her and her colleague went to the back to look for them. It didn't take long and they brought out 2 and then continued to look for the third. During this time, I browsed the store. It's larger than I thought and the section seemed organized. The prices are a little higher for items I have seen elsewhere. They also sell candy, smart marketing to entice the children with sweets. But they have some unique items like a stuffed giraffe family. If you are a Three's Company fan, you could get one similar to the one Chrissy bought! They couldn't find the third item but I was happy they took the time to look for it. I paid for the items and since I spent more than $15, I could have bought a voice changer megaphone which I declined. I was offered gift wrapping and gift receipts. I declined the wrapping but for receipts. I appreciated the service at the end of the night and would consider this store for a hard to find children's gift.
