sold me a broken truck #1, and then the bank that i financed through ended up cancelling my loan and refunded my payments to ditat dues automotive, who did get me with a different bank but then refused to give me the money back that i had paid to the prior bank? i was told to come pick up a check by someone in the office then days later i was told im NOT getting the refund because they had to pay $600 to get me with a different bank? don't know how that works or WHY i would be responsible for paying that if that were even the case because i never agreed to that or SIGNED anything saying i would pay $600 to get get another loan?! if i knew they were going to withhold my own money i wouldnt have even got the truck from them with a new bank i could have gone to ANY other dealership and not had to pay $600 for them to find a bank to give me a loan. (mind you they already had my 1k down payment as well) so i guess they just expected me to count those 2-3 months worth of payments i made on my truck a loss.. well im certainly not lol money doesn't grow on trees and that's money that doesn't belong to them! good luck getting a call back too if you have any issues, i just get ignored at this point. i got a lawyer and am in the process of taking them to court to get the refund that is owed to me, but it's just extremely sketchy and unfortunate because my family owns an hvac company who WAS going to purchase trucks from them but now will not be! i would recommend to stay far away from this company and will be making posts on all other forms of social media to get the word out. update after owners response: false. i included the text from your company stating I WOULD BE refunded for the payments i made to challenge financial and even SPOKE to challenge financial who said to go through you to get the refunded payments. you guys have not had the correct information the entire time ive worked with you and your outlook on the situation is just not accurate. if you look at any negative review on this company their response is always blaming the customer because it was "somehow" their problem never a problem by the company.. red flag! office staff has changed so many times i don't think anyone in the office has a clue what's going on anymore. i KNOW the facts mike, you clearly do not. we can handle the rest in court. read more

HORRIBLE. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Deuce Motors Automotive was nothing short of a nightmare. I put down a $1,000 payment for a car, and they assured me the deal was funded. Seven days later, I discovered it wasn't. To make matters worse, the car had structural damage that they conveniently failed to mention--I had to find out on my own. The car was unsafe, shaking horribly while driving. I initially thought rotating the tires would help, but it didn't. I ended up paying out of pocket to get the tires balanced, which also didn't solve the issue. When I finally returned the car and told them I didn't want it due to these problems, they tried to keep my down payment, claiming I had put miles on the vehicle. What's infuriating is that I had asked multiple times if I could return the car earlier, and they told me to keep it. They assumed the deal was final, but it wasn't. And now they're trying to pin their mistake on me while pocketing my money. To add insult to injury, they downplayed the car's status by calling it a "branded title" instead of a salvage title. Let me be clear: it's the same thing, and they're just twisting words to make a dishonest sale. This was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with these liars. Deuce Motors Automotive is deceptive and untrustworthy. Stay far away. The owner MIKE extremely unprofessional. Traci is more down to earth. They have affordable cars and offer financing. No car is perfect. They have an owner that cares for the company and try's to provide a resource at a reasonable and afford cost. Leave the negative reviews out of sight. They are mad, you should always get a warranty unless it comes factory. You should get gap. It's not the dealership it's the bank. And credit gaps. This place makes sure they close those gaps and get you what you need. I will come here for any car I need on the future. I recommend Mike to anyone that needs a car. read more

This place is ran by crooks they should no longer be in business I made the mistake of buying a vehicle here and it's been nothing but a headache the vehicle that was purchased was a ~119,000 miles 2014 f-150 XL 4x4 for 10k. First day after purchasing vehicle had a rattling noise when starting up took it to ford to check it out on my dime and they confirmed it was a notorious 3.5 L eco boost cam phaser rattle let the dealership know and requested a refund the owner refused to talk to me and sales people would not work with me they called the police on me seems like this is there tactic from other reviews. A day after they agreed to look at it I called multiple times for an update they gave me different answers on what the issue was and kept on saying it'd be ready on a certain date. They still have the truck and come to find out they still have it in their name after calling the azmvd seems like they're trying to steal my money and the truck. They're a bunch of scam artist and should be ashamed I have had to take proper legal channels and they still ignore everything. This dealership advertises false prices on car, gurus, auto trader, Carfax, and any other online sales out there. When I called, I spoke with the out-of-town salesman and said I got this price on car gurus I'm not looking to haggle. I have my credit union loan already set up. Just need to sign the paperwork and ship. The gentleman, was not so gentleman like, ask me to pull up their website and when I did, he said you see there this is our price if you do a trade-in, I said well that that's not with the car gurus site said so are you not advertising correctly? He was rude, and said if you don't have a trade-in, the price is $3500 more. I said I do have a trade-in, but it's an older Jeep and I shouldn't have to use a trade-in at all since that was not specified on all of your online car sales sites. If a $19,000 car is actually $22,050. That's what should be advertise and when you start talking to them, you can ask them if they have a trade. He hung up with me quickly, I got a text back from his supervisor a day later, saying that she would love to win my business. I explained what happened, she said she will talk to the owner and get to the bottom of it. I text her for the next three days and was completely ghosted. If you're gonna post a price on a car and act like you're having some remarkable deal on it, be honest about it. I was put into a truck with $1500 down. Made my first 2 payments only to find out the loan never with through. The dealership put me into another truck putting my down payment and first two payments to the next truck they allowed me to go into. Had the truck for 2 weeks only to find out they couldn't get me qualified into the truck. After being told I would get qualified for the new truck I was told to bring it back because the bank didn't approve the loan. Come to find out the dealership does not want to refund me the down payment or the payments made to the truck. I am now stuck with out transportation to work and lost out on down payment, 2 car payments, insurance money paid for vehicles and the dealership said there is nothing they can do. We are pursuing legal actions. I do not recommend putting any money down in this dealership. Kelsey Day was my dealer and Mike is the owner who says no to my refund.
