Decided to visit this salon as a treat after getting brunch just across the street. We asked for two basic mani/pedis, no gel. There were only two other people being attended and we were told to come back in a few minutes so we waited at the lot. When we got back we repeated that we're getting basic mani/pedis. My bf sat at the pedicure station while I spent a good 5 minutes still deciding on a color. Our pedicures started at the same time. I noticed the manicurist doing my bf pedicure was completely disinterested and rushing through. Whenever we go to salons he purchases the treatments and a clear coat. This spot didn't offer any. My bf was left halfway through his pedicure because the manicurist decided to take another client who walked in. We assumed it was an appointment and figured she would probably get her prepped and go back to him. My pedicure was done and I was already on my way to be seated for my manicure. While he sat for about 15 minutes. I alerted the manicurist working on me that he never got his clear coat and was also getting a simple manicure. She said something to the woman who was working on him originally and there was a little back and forth between the manicurist before the manicurist who was tending to me started working on his hands. She even finished his pedicure too. She did a great job handling the situation and apologizing for something that wasn't her fault. I would've loved to recommend this spot to my girlfriends here but I'm afraid they won't accept the service and be as patient as my bf. It's in a great area, cute location but unfortunately I'll have to pass on trying this spot again. read more

We left the salon thrilled with the service, the staff and overall experience. Unfortunately within a few days, my nails began chipping. I waited 45 minutes for my pedicure appointment, and clearly they overbooked. The women doing my pedicure was so aggressive with everything and rushing, she even cut my toe. After kicking my flip flops around and being so aggressive, my pedicure was messy and looked rushed, the pedicure chair was dirty too. not worth the wait, or prices. Never coming back. read more

I love Nail Garden. They try very hard not to overbook so they can keep their appointments timely. They have barriers between the patrons pedicure chairs, unlike their competitors across the street. The technicians are friendly and nice. I've never had a bad experience there. I have tried every salon in town and this is my go to place. read more

I just got my nails done here and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! After being a longtime customer of another local salon that has changed sadly not for the better and after disastrous results just yesterday, I was looking to go elsewhere to fix my nails, and quickly before Christmas. Joy gave me an appointment for today when I called eventhough they were super busy. When I got here they took their time and never rushed thru the job. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. I wanted to like this pace since its walking distance from my house. But I'm willing to go back if they improve the whole gel manicure color pallet. And the gel manicure is able to last without chipping for at least a week. This is my second time coming here. My first visit was an ok experience. Nothing extraordinary. But on my second visit. I asked for their gel color selection. I must say they need to update their color pallet. It's old and the colors don't look too appealing. I was looking for a teal color and there was none, so I settled for a different blue. My pedicure was done way too fast, I feel like nothing special was done that I can't do myself at home. Other places put hot wax on your heels or a hot towel over your legs or at least a tiny massage. They do none of this. Then onto my gel manicure. I was sat in one place for the filing, cuticle cutting, etc.. Then when I went to wash my hands they moved me to another area. That's where I saw 5 beautiful Essie gel combo colors. Why wasn't I told about these when I asked for the the color selection? She did a great job, or so what i thought. Because the very next morning 2 of my nails tips were chipping!! I couldn't go back to the place since I was leaving on vacation. Very disappointed. She was so kindly to go over my dark blue color on my toes with the teal color I had decided to put on my hands. Not sure how happy she was doing so, since when I asked her if she could do that for me she right away started speaking to her co workers in Korean. I have found my new pedicure salon. I am a loyal customer and have been going to my nail technician to get acrylic/gel tips for the last 13 years.. However she doesn't do pedicures and the owner of the salon that she rents a table at is a rude and disrespectful person. I asked her if she could have one of the techs do a nail design for me as unfortunately my nail tech isn't one and she said "oh no she can do it for you" knowing that she couldn't. So that brings to Nail Garden where I have found my forever pedicure place. They don't do gel pedicures but that's ok I am fine with a regular polish one and they do a great job. Excellent experience. Went in for a mano pedi for my my wedding. I never get my nails done so usually when I go I'm nervous because I don't know what I'm doing or what looks good. Went for first time to Nail Garden for a manicure and pedicure and was very pleased overall with the experience. The store was clean and the ladies were very nice and accommodating.
