Last week I opted for a manicure and selected a brave bold purple hue nail polish by Zoya brand. Not sure if the staff dilutes the nail polishes or plaster 'zoya" logo on the bottles, however the nail polish peeled off the next morning. I thought to myself, my own doing, should have done a lighter hue. In fairness manicure quality was bearable; still do not believe it was $20.00. At least nobody nagged me for tip last week. I was in the area earlier today; since it is wet out, I figured it would be a good day to get a manicure. Manicure and Pedicure was $70.00. The girl doing it asked and reminded me about tipping policy and tipping amounts about 5 times. She also really wanted to know what I did for living since I could afford to get a manicure in the middle of the day. I politely brushed her off. My nails are now thin, sore, and visibly ruined after what should have been a routine removal. To make matters worse, I was then charged an extra $10 at checkout because they said the gel was "hard to remove." This was never mentioned upfront and felt like an unfair excuse to charge more after the damage was already done. There was no care taken with my nails, and the result is that I left with nails in worse condition than when I arrived. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

What ultimately brought me into the store for the first time was an amazing offer for a package for underarm laser hair removal. It was so great to see that they offered so many great deals and had many promotions. My first time going to the skin spa was back in the summer for my first session of laser with Olga. The facility is clean and well kept. The receptionist was extremely friendly and answered questions that I had. Then, I was taken into the back with Olga and she asked me a lot of questions and examined my under arms before she used the laser to ensure to put the laser on the correct setting for me. She was extremely knowledgeable. The laser barely hurt. I was very happy with the experience and have gone back a few times and the hair is almost already gone. Just a few days ago I went to the spa for a facial with Olga and once again I was not disappointed. They had a great variation of specials and deals in November so I got buy one get a facial 50% off. Olga took me in the back and asked me all about my skin and my own concerns. She gave me two options for a facial I could do that she recommended for my skin. She spoke to me throughout the facial and was so kind answering any skin related questions that I had.
