The location is nice and has a lot of spots for parking - even during lunch time. It is quite spacious, has good lighting, and a nice place to get some work done or meet up with friends. The barista is super nice and is awesome at creating latte art!!! I love the matcha latte (tastes like real matcha not like artificial green tea powder) and their cappuccino is good and strong. Walked in more than 30 mins before close, was told everything was already cleaned and couldn't make coffee, after almost five minutes of refusing to greet us. ‍ Totally get wanting to get out on a nice night, but probably should wait a little closer to stated hours to start closing up shop. I love how this coffee shop contributes and works in conjunction with the city. The locals are a pleasure as well to talk to. You will enjoy this place! Second visit: My true test on establishments is if I can visit it twice and yelp. First visit great. Second, great coffee (omega, latte with almond milk) the donut was not baked properly, the dough was raw. I ate a lot of it not understanding why it was a weird consistency because it was filled until i pulled it apart. When I told the gentleman that gave it to me, and showed him, no apology. The other filled chocolate donut is still there. That is a really is not cool or ok. If I get sick, I will be pissed. I have to do a long flight now. The stars are for consistent coffee only. The service is super friendly, this is a great place to study and the coffee is amazing. I actually ordered two drinks when I came, and I was very satisfied with both. First I had an iced vanilla latte and the espresso used is super smooth and it was really pleasant to drink, perfect vanilla latte. Second, I had a hot chai tea latte, and it tastes perfect! I am a barista myself (but at freaking Starbucks) and I think they did a perfect job on the foam, it's like microfoam and it was perfect . read more

I love this! Kenmore has been in HUGE need of a great coffee shop for a long time. Yes, I know there have been local coffee spots here in the past, but who are we kidding they were not nice or enjoyable and very run down. This place is great! It's modern, fresh, open and spacious and offers great coffee at reasonable prices. I also love the conference room that is available to book (free of charge I believe, just buy their coffee and don't be a jerk). Love Diva coffee. The lattes are so creamy and rich and the beans aren't burned like Starbucks are. I've been going to Divas in Greenwood and at 145th as a treat to myself for years. The Kenmore Divas opened at least a year ago but I didn't realize it was a Divas until I met a friend at the coffee shop "where kids run and splash in the water". Solid coffee shop in Kenmore Town Center. The interior is shared with an open communal space called, The Hangar- which is pretty neat! The coffee and espresso are both super delicious, warm, and tasty. I love coming to Diva Espresso. The coffee is great and the baristas are always friendly. Being walking-distance from my home, it's my go-to place to sit and do homework. My only complaint is that the food is pretty expensive. Pre-made deli sandwiches cost around $8 apiece. They're tasty, but not worth 8 bucks. Other than that, I have no complaints. Great little spot in downtown Kenmore. I do a lot of independent projects, so this is probably going to be my go-to spot to hide away and focus on those. As far as the drinks go, the coffee is really good. I ordered a cappuccino and it was the perfect balance of foam to liquid, and the espresso was perfectly extracted. And bonus - they serve wine! How can you not love it? Lost a star because the large space with concrete, metal, and wood furniture carries sound too well, and that can be a problem if you happen to be there when a large group is also meeting, so it would be great if they added some acoustic dampening panels, or at least some softer furniture or textured art. read more

This is one of our favorite places! Maya and Kaylee are BEYOND amazing! They always make our autistic daughter's day special! They have literally singlehandedly made our daily routine easier and significantly more enjoyable. It is hard to express in words how much of a difference kind people can make in the service delivery one establishment provides, but anyone who has been to Diva in Kenmore surely feels the same. The staff is still as excellent as ever. Super friendly and attentive. The drinks are very well done. The layout of the cafe is very spacious, a rarity in WA. Where this place falls in rating is in its baked goods presentation and it's WiFi. They display their baked goods, but rarely have any signs to indicate exactly what they are. You will see a wide assortment of scones, but no signage to tell you what the flavors are. With regards to WiFi, it's insanely poor. The connection is typically horrendous if any more than 5 people are in the cafe. It seems they share the wifi from the city of Kenmore, and it's HORRIBLE. If you seek to work out of this cafe... don't. They have more than 5 people during work hours, and the wifi crawls to it's sad death at least 4 times every 30 mins. read more

This is meant to be a community meeting place but you are pricing much of the community out. I can afford it, but it's still over the top. This coffee shop is in such a cool location. I love the idea of creating a space for the community to gather. Lots of space to enjoy your coffee, study, read and catch up with a friend. I tried something different and had the baklava latte. It was tasty, but a little more honey than pistachio flavor, but still good. This new coffee shop has a lot going for it. The inside is open, roomy, and more cheerful than most coffee shops, with its large flor to ceiling windows and colorful photos of seaplanes adorning the walls. The fireplace with cushiony seating is a cozy touch. I'm not exactly sure what they were envisioning and they built this place, since it is very large, but my guess is that they may bring in more tables and offer a wider food selection once business picks up. I was surprised to see that they hold yoga classes there (Maybe in the small private room off to the side. There is also a large area outside that looks like a courtyard of sorts, and something they clearly planned when designing the building. didn't try the food during my visit (this consists mostly of breads and pastries) but my coconut latte was very good. They also serve beer and wine. The space itself would lend itself well to housing small concerts or special events, with its spacious and open design and large courtyard in front. My question is, why would someone build this large of a space, and then include a small, two-stall women's restroom? I can already see the line that will form when this place really gets hopping. I'm excited to see what the plans are for the remainder of this shopping center. Happy to see this spot open up in Kenmore! read more

There used to be another coffee shop here before the building was remodeled. Fun fact courtesy of the barista: now it's one of seven Diva Espressos in the Greater Seattle Area. FIRST IMPRESSIONS: It's incredibly spacious, open, and clean. There were a lot of glass windows that allowed for a lot of natural light. I could see this being a good place for people to get work done as there were quite a few outlets. I came here with a friend and I saw some people having a meeting and another person working on their laptop. Outside, in front of the cafe, there was plenty of parking, a fountain that some kids were playing in, and a piano (it was a sunny afternoon). FOOD & DRINKS: I got a drip coffee, which was self serve. It was 12 oz. for a little over $2. Considering it was self serve, I found that to be a little pricey, but it was still solid coffee. They had day old pastries at half the original price so I bought one of their brownies for my brother, per recommendation of the barista. He seemed to like it. My friend got an italian soda and seemed to enjoy it. SERVICE: Considering how new it was, I was happy to see the barista was able to give recommendations for their baked goods and she was really friendly. OVERALL: A great place to catch up with friends or just to work. I absolutely LOVE the inside and its design. I'll definitely be frequenting this location whenever I'm home from college. read more

Great, spacious yet cozy place, that also serves bottled beer and wine for the after work crowd. It's only been open two months so it's super clean. You can also enjoy a good selection of hot, cold, blended, and seasonal drinks. Prices are a bit high so they must be taking a page out of Starbucks pricing. There were about 25 people there when I made my first visit on Sunday at 2:00 pm. I recommend they be 15% less in cost to drive more business. Come on it's coffee after all. I loved this place. Perfect environment to work remotely with a coffee shop to boot that has great coffee, food and HAD a great staff. I recently started hanging out there to work and was immediately taken in by the friendly staff, getting to a first name basis immediately. But, after being hovered over by upper management (I know because I witnessed it) and hounded for no reason, the delightfully engaging, hard working and talented manager and baristas clearly had enough of the upper management's hounding. Well, I don't support that style of upper management and won't support this coffee shop anymore. About a 20 minute drive from North Seattle and it was well worth it! I was looking for a coffee shop on a rainy afternoon and this Diva Espresso ended up being the perfect choice. Parking is free and plentiful. I loved the mocha I had and there was a ton of seating. The coffee shop is huge and there is a private room it looks like as well that can be reserved. I enjoyed sitting next to the fireplace and watching the rain fall outside. Definitely will be back! read more

Breathtaking! Diva Espresso is a chain with many locations around Washington. Honestly the coffee was average and service was friendly but slow BUT the atmosphere and building is what really makes this place 5-stars. Perfect place to study or reserve for a meeting. Spacious and quiet as you can see from pictures. They have a wide selection of pre-packaged food and snacks (similar to Starbucks)- even ice cream! They have a separate small room you can reserve ahead of time for different occasions. As I was studying, I saw a group of people doing some sort of meditation(?) together then a community soccer board meeting. You can view into the room since the walls are glass so beware of that.
