I went in for a last minute fill in on my manicure this morning because I couldn't get in anywhere else. I have only been here for a pedicure once or twice before, so I thought I would give it a try. needless to say, I do not see myself coming back anytime soon. When filing my previous set, my fingers got hit multiple times by the drill, which stung a little, but at least I did not bleed. And since I had a previous set on, I asked to have my nails cut back. The lady told me she would do it later, but when I reminded her shortly after, she told me it was too late. And when we got to the point of doing the design for the accent nail, she told me she wouldnot be able to do it.. even though I showed her a picture of what I wanted when I sat down. It would not have mattered as much if she told me no design at the beginning when I showed her the picture, but she decided last minute she wouldn't do it. She didn't even try using a brush, only a metal scraper tool. And in the end, my too long nails were thick and lumpy because of the layers of polish, there was gunk all under and around my my nails, which I had to clean up myself, and there are little dust specks all over my nails from filing down my previous set because it didn't get dusted off before starting on polish. I also left with polish all over my fingers, which I had to remove with acetone when I got home. I ended up only paying $30, which I am grateful for, but the service I received was awful. I am lucky I could get an appointment immediately after calling, but I will not be returning. read more

I went to Diva Nails based on other reviews on Yelp. I live in charlestown, Indiana but have become increasingly concerned about the nail shop in Charlestown. They just didnt seem to care about the customers concerns. I gave Diva Nails 5 stars because Lan ( my nail tech) cares with her heart. I had a wonderful massage during my pedicure and the quality of the nail artistry is 2nd to none. Lan Tries very hard to engage in English Conversation. And she makes sure you are happy during your visit and before you walk out the door. read more

Have been twice for pedicures. Very good job and very accommodating. Have enjoyed finding this gem in my town. The store is very clean. They have tons of colors to choose from and are very careful with your nails. It's nice to just sit back for a little peace and quite. read more

Amazing the people who work they are interactive and really nice they usually have a kiddie dog there but since coronavirus the dog is at home 10 out of 10 would recommend going here read more

I would give 5 stars bc Allen did an amazing job on my manicure. However, I had an apt for a gel manicure/pedicure, and when I went in, they said the person I made with apt with no longer worked there. He said he would take care of me, and he did hands wise. But other people (without apts) came in and he said someone else would take care of the pedicure. After sitting in the chair for 30 minutes, my pedicure still hadn't begun. I was on a time crunch, which is why I had an apt., and just ended up getting a color change instead of a full pedicure. I just thought it was pretty crappy that others that walked in without apts were given priority over someone with one. read more

Nail tech was very rough when doing gel fill in. Then started pedicure and handed me off to a man that just walked in door. I assumed she had called in help since they were getting busy. It was soon obvious this man was not a tech. I think he was her husband. He admitted he didn't work there but worked for Kimball. Piano/furniture. I told him he could stop and I would wait for her to come back. She finished pedicure. Polish did not match gel color. Very disappointed read more

Lynn is the best nail technician I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The salon is very sanitary, and everyone is extremely polite! Terrible service and techs!! I decided to try this salon out and have been going for a few months. I came in and told the man I wanted a gel color and even had it setting there on the work table, but instead he put on white tips. As the process continued and I realized what was happening he said he misunderstood but they would look good. No they didn't and he even charged me $5 extra for them. He told me that my nails where lifting and I needed a new set of nails and he would remove the old ones for free if I came back. So I was stupid enough to do it. I asked for him and reminded him of the offer he made, yet when I went to pay he couldn't remember saying that and I paid for removal too. Here's the kicker, the set he applied lifted in ONE WEEK! Then I came and got a fill in and asked for a color changing gel polish and they told me they couldn't get it because no one wanted it. I told her I could buy it online and asked what she would charge to apply it if I did. She said $5. Today I came back with the polish and she claimed she never said that and charged me $10. DON'T GO HERE!! I gave them 4 chances to get it right and every time they screwed up!! read more

I've had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is friendly and does a great job. My only complaint would be the amount of time I've had to wait in the past before they get to me. Lesson learned...if you schedule an appointment you can walk right in and the tech is waiting for you! read more

Will not return. My shellac started peeling just after three days. I noticed the tech only applied one coat of the color polish and when I said something to him he said it would be too thick if he applied a second coat. I had a feeling this was going to happen considering every other salon always applies two coats. Very pricing!!!! read more

It was very slow and not worth money.. couldn't speak any english at all. I got a pedicure and the massage was maybe 2 minutes long, didn't act like she cared. She was rude and hateful. I had a visa giftcard and was rude about it because SHE couldn't get it to work...kepted asking for a tip.. i only went there because my nail salon i go to...nail envy was too busy but lesson learned i will stick to nail envy from now on.
