Well. It's unfortunate that my experience was not a good one. Came in for a haircut and asked for layers the first pic is what I came out with I didn't notice how bad it was until I got home The person that gave me my haircut seemed uncertain with what she was doing or how to even cut my hair in layers. I called and I understand if the person was new or whatever the case was and I was told that I can come in the next day so they can fix my hair I went today and the second pic Is what I came out with I was put with the same person that I was not satisfied with I think that is very unprofessional when you know your customer was not happy with the work she did before and came out even worse. When the owner told me the total for my hair, she gave me a number and I said that doesn't add up and she stated, "oh that's because I rounded the total up, it's actually this much". honestly, the price difference of dollars didn't bother me, it was the concept of her rounding my total up to the next tenths and not telling me until I asked. read more

I went in there to get an ombré. I explained to the hairstylist how I wanted it done. Right when she started applying the bleach she seemed so indecisive and clearly didn't know what she was doing. I kept telling her that she was applying it way too close to my scalp and that was not what I asked for. She kept replying that no it wasn't too close to the scalp. I decided to trust the process for a bit but then her younger coworker came to look at what she was doing and asked her why she was applying that type of bleach on me and saying that that type of bleach was poisonous idk exactly what she meant by that but my guess is that she was using a bleach that was too strong. I panic and froze and asked what was going on, the hairstylist seemed so indecisive and shy not communicating with me at all. She kept saying that she would remove the bleach in 5 minutes and after that she said 10 more minutes and she didn't remove it till like an hour after saying "she would remove it in 5 minutes". Once the bleach was washed out, guess what yes I was right it was way too near my scalp. Her coworkers try to fix it by dying my roots but the final result has horrible. I know bleaching hair obviously damages hair but this lady definitely used something that was too strong and did a lot extra damage. I was there for a haircut as well but I requested someone else to do it cause at this point I did not trust the first hairstylist at all. Once my haircut was done, Kristina blew dried my hair, I complained to her about the first hairstylist and how my hair was completely damaged. And she said my hair was "intact" as she was blow drying it and it kept breaking off. What a joke she is. I don't just blame the first hairstylist for this incident but also whoever is in charge which might be Kristina or not. How dare you allow someone who doesn't know what their doing to work on a client's hair. I told Kristina that $350 was too much and not fair sense I didn't get what I asked for, so she said $300 is fine. I told her no that isn't fair and she $250, I paid it and left. I paid to get my hair damaged. That was completely unfair but I was just so devastated and wanted to leave. These people here are not professional. Be careful. Also I asked for the ombré to be faded no harsh lines and this is what I got. It's the worse ombré, if you can even call it that, that I've gotten in my life. read more

This place was HORRIBLE! I just wanted a quick trim after after a long time of not trimming my hair and the Solon I would usually go to closed down so I had to find somewhere else and this place I saw good reviews here on Yelp and is close to my house so it was perfect but I was sooo wrong . my hair was almost down to my butt since I LOVE long hair I've always had long hair my whole life. I just asked for a TRIM!! I leave this place with my hair just a little bit longer then my shoulders MY SHOULDERS when I just ask for a TRIM with layers!!! My first red flag was that it was empty there was no customers and all the workers were just sitting around in there own chairs . Second it was soo messy in there third the lady who was going to cut my hair her own hair was sooo bad and damaged so how was I going to trust her with my hair. I should have just walked out at that point but I stayed since i was long over do for a trim and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I was soo wrong I was watching her cut way my long hair and I was soo emotional at that point since I take care of my long hair soo much for so many years my eyes got watery half way threw the hair cut and at some point she noticed my eyes were watery and she asked "isn't this what u wanted" and I say "no I just wanted a trim now all my hair is gone but there's nothing I can do about it now" i 100% clearly said I wanted a trim ! I guess she felt bad so she gave me a blow out of free but a blow out isn't going to being back all those years hard work and all the expensive products I've used to take care of my hair all these years. Worst experience of my life ! I will never ever go to this place again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else unless u wanna go from long beautiful hair to short ugly hair !
