I am very impressed with Flavy and her sister! This was my first time getting Boho braids, and when I asked how long it would take, she said if I came in at 9 a.m., she'd be done by 2 p.m. I thought, "Okay, so that probably means 7 p.m." But to my surprise, she finished at 2:09! Exactly when she said! My two young daughters have literally been traumatized by their regular braider, who is usually at least an hour late and takes no less than 8 hours. Unprofessional: I waited 2 hours past my scheduled appointment I showed up on time- after my previously scheduled appointment had been pushed an hour later, which I said was fine. When I arrived, she was working on two clients and said it would be a 45 minute wait. I ended up waiting 2 hours past my scheduled time. She offered $20 off which I appreciate, however in her policy it states if the client is 30 min late to their scheduled appointment, there is a $25 charge. So, going off of that, I requested $100 off since I had to wait 2 hours past my scheduled appointment. She said "it doesn't work like that and that my hair took an hour to part". She is the definition of customer satisfaction. Whenever I get braids I go to her, to the point I only want her doing my braids NO ONE ELSE! Her shop is clean and she has WiFi which is good since my cell phons service shout out to Verizon acts rude sometimes. She takes cash or Zelle only so ensure you have either methods of payments. I like how you tailors the braids to fit your face for example I have a small head so she makes my braids in the front smaller to frame my face. I will say this again absolutely LOVEEEEE Flavy and would recommend her to anyone wanting braids that look good and last! Also her assistants are super nice!
