Bottom line: An A+++ dive operation. Divers Paradise does a great job at finding the right balance between fun, safety, great service and professionalism. I highly recommend them. I was previously certified to dive after a slapstick resort course many years ago and wanted to get back into it after a long break. I thought the best path would be to go through their full two-day certification course, which was excellent. Our instructor, Eduardo Suarez, was awesome. An excellent teacher that really knows how to communicate key concepts and is a lot of fun to spend time with. We were also joined by divemaster Will, who gave us some interesting pointers and perspectives...he was super helpful. I followed up with my Nitrox cert, which ended with a short course with Sasha, who was also very clear and concise in his teaching. Their dive trips are also great. Their two boats are located directly next to the shop so you can deal with any rentals or equipment needs very easily, and then you just walk across the street to the boats. The boats are well-equipped, clean as can be, perfectly prepared upon your arrival and feature snacks and cold beverages. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and ensures that all steps are taken for a safe and fun dive. Lastly, the folks working the shop and handling all the course and dive reservations are amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable. I hadn't been in a dive shop in years and Michael made me feel so welcome and at home on my first day back. My friend bought a very expensive Garmin dive computer and Isabella spent a lot of time getting her setup and offering to teach her the basics of its operation. You can't get that type of service from Amazon. This is a first class operation, for sure.

Diver's Paradise is one of if not the best dive shop operations in Florida. They have a shop, a pool, and two amazing dive boats capable of taking many divers to any dive site. They are also equipped with Seakeepers, making the ride extremely smooth. The service provided by the crew is unmatched, they cater to your every need and make sure you have an unforgettable time. Apart from being a repeat customer for SCUBA trips, I also booked a private charter to spread my father's ashes in the ocean. The captain picked a beautiful spot and the crew made sure that my family and I were taken care of at all times. Wether you are a new or experienced SCUBA diver, Divers Paradise is the shop for you. They go to all types of dive sites and provide guides as well as instructors. You will not be disappointed.

The visibility is pretty good if you choose the right time of year and best of all its not too deep for you amateur divers. I personally want to be cremated when I die and I want a memorial in the ocean that where i belong. In all honesty this is a great dive for divers of all levels. Located 3.25 miles east of Key Biscayne in Miami, Florida - GPS coordinates N25º 42.036', W80º 05.409' - Neptune Memorial ReefTM is the largest man-made reef ever conceived and, when complete, will have transformed over 16 acres of barren ocean floor. The Neptune Memorial Reef project is environmentally sound and meets the strict guidelines and permitting of the EPA, DERM, NOAA, Florida Fish and Wildlife and the Army Corps of Engineers. And the Neptune Memorial Reef is also a member of the Green Burial Council. Our completed first phase is a classical re-creation of the Lost City, 40 feet under the sea. These structures have produced a marine habitat to promote coral and marine organism's growth while creating the ultimate 'Green Burial' opportunity. A recent marine study conducted by the Department of Environmental Resource Management concluded that marine life around the Reef has gone from the zero to thousands in two years. In addition to providing a permanent legacy for those who loved the ocean, the Neptune Memorial Reef is attracting recreational scuba divers, marine biologists, students, researchers and ecologists from all over the world. The Reef is free and accessible to all visitors. Great time to be out in the ocean do a two tank dive then head to Nixon beach and have a few drinks to end a perfect day.. *I need to buy an underwater camera! First, a huge thanks to **Catherine** -- her dual role as Captain and Dive Master was nothing short of amazing. She ran every dive briefing with clarity and confidence, helping the group navigate through the stunning underwater terrain of the Bahamas with poise, and always made safety feel effortless. Her expertise allowed all aboard to relax completely and focus on the magic of the reef, wreck and drift dives the group the did with ease, all of this with an amazing happy personality that made everyone feel secure, safe and welcomed. Then there's **Frenchie**, whose culinary artistry and storytelling made every meal an event. Each dish was beautifully prepared and tasted like something straight out of a gourmet kitchen aboard the sea -- fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. And between courses, Frenchie's stories added another dimension to the experience: charming, engaging, and perfectly paced for the atmosphere. He turned mealtime and between dice times into one of the highlights of the whole trip. Thanks Frenchie can't wait to see you again soon, brother. Finally, to **Liza** -- what an outstanding host, Captain and Dive Master all rolled into one. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcomed from the very first moment. She juggled the roles of guide, leader and gracious companion with ease, always attentive to everyone's needs and always encouraging us to get the most out of the journey. Her dive briefings were top-notch, her command of the helm steady and confident, and her friendliness genuine and uplifting. Hey **Liza** in April we are definitely working down to 8 lbs. can't wait to be aboard your ship again, you are an amazing host and leave guests feeling like family. In short, Juliet Sailing and Diving offers more than just a vacation -- it delivers an immersive, thrilling, and deeply relaxing experience thanks to an extraordinary team. Catherine, Frenchie and Liza each play an essential part in creating memories I'll treasure forever. I can't wait to return in April 2026. Highly, highly recommended for anyone who loves diving, sailing, and being in the company of true professionals who also feel like friends.

No other boats at any of their sites other than Sapona, which is a wreck dive just a few miles from South Bimini. I could do a whole review on this site alone. There's something to be said for diving without 2 or 3 other boats on the same site much less anywhere to be seen. Back to The Juliet, she used to be a cargo ship now converted to a liveaboard dive ship with enough room for 12 guests and 6 crew. Upon arrival you will be treated like a guest and depart feeling like family. Outfitted with the diver in mind, it's super easy to get spoiled diving from the Juliet. Super easy giant stride off either side, the best ladder I've ever used to exit the water and 15 ft bar to assist on those 3-minute safety stops. The crew operates like a well-oiled machine with each one doing whatever needs to be done. Unfortunately, we did have a medical emergency on the trip and the crew immediately went into action and got the Coast Guard involved in an air lift operation to get the afflicted passenger to hospital care. All the while they kept the rest of us updated on what was going on. Sorry no pictures, but this was impressive on all accounts. Back to the fun diving part... The Juliet offers Nitrox only diving (they can certify you if you're not already), 3 day and 1 night dive are offered daily, the dives range from 20'-100' and you can lionfish hunt or take photos to your heart's content. We did do a couple of drift dives, but the current wasn't really cooperating. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Jimmy for taking care of all our lionfish and keeping the boat running, Frenchie for making them into ceviche and some of the best lobster bisque ever, Matt excellent DM and the great dive briefings, Lyndsey for her great love and knowledge of 'fish of the dive', John N. for night watch and all the little things, John B. 'the man, the myth, the legend' Dude!!! Bonus, I did get to meet Liza and the boat cats (Rico and Sauve) on the last day of my stellar Bahamas trip. I found these guys on Yelp and decided to call them to see if there was any last minute availability. To my surprise, they had a tour available for the following day, our last day in Miami. That same night I got a call from the owner. I was dreading answering the phone because I thought for sure it was them calling to cancel on us because of some unforeseen circumstances. But I was wrong! The owner called to let us know that he had an even better tour (one more suitable for what we were trying to do) at a much more convenient time! I really appreciate that they thought to call us and offer us the more beneficial package. I should add that the owner was super kind and helped me throughout the entire booking process. He was very patient with me while I struggled to book online. There site is super easy to navigate, I'm just not tech-savvy. When we did go out on our tour, we were given the greatest captain/instructor. Captain Sasha was so sweet and funny and knowledgeable.
