Amazing - we called early this morning, left a message to see if by some miracle they had any availability for us, and heard back within the hour with our package booked for the same day. My boyfriend and I went out with Sasha today and he gave us a fabulous experience for the day. We were not sure what to expect but he blew away all our expectations - Super flexible about time, very knowledgeable about the area as well as water safety, and a fun person all around. We had a blast with the Adventure package, which including a tour of the bay and a water sport of our choice (we chose tubing - so much fun). Living in New York City, we don't get much opportunity to wakeboard. The Clevelander recommended Watersports Paradise and Frank was able to fit us in the same day! *As a sidenote, Frank has an excellent reputation at the Miami Beah Marina. We heard nothing but positive things about his business and character even after we had already booked the appointment! This was the first time my boyfriend and I ever attempted the sport, so we had no clue what we were doing. Batiste was an AMAZING teacher and so easy to work with. He was incredibly nice and patient. Simply, AMAZING ADVENTURE! Visiting the area, we opted for a day of family fun, and boy were we given just that!! Franck and his crew were wonderful and pulled out all the stops with the boat tour, kayaking, jet skiing, tubing, snorkeling and paddle boarding. We had 2 adults and 5 kids aboard and ALL of us felt catered to from start to finish-- including a dolphin farewell that Franck seemed to have planned on cue :)!! Wow what a great time we had. Frank was a great instructor. first he had us out on the tubes checking in on us constantly to make sure we had optimal fun, with great communication methods. Then he taught us to wakeboard. in just a few short tries he had us on our feet gliding through the water. the most amazing experience. I have never gone wakeboarding before but fortunately for me, I had the knowledge and experience of Franck. Thanks to his tips and advice (and after a few falls), I was able to get up and ride the calm, smooth waters of the biscayne bay. So much fun and a great total body workout!
