The atmosphere was so lively, and even though it was super hot, I loved every minute of it. Since the FIFA World Cup was coming up, there were decorations and displays around the area that added to the excitement. It made the whole beach feel even more energetic. There's so much to do besides just relaxing on the sand. You can walk the beachfront trails, check out the outdoor workout areas, visit the nearby restaurants and shops, or simply enjoy the beautiful scenery. The beach itself was amazing. The sand was soft, the water was warm, and it was the perfect place to spend the day. Thankfully, our hotel included complimentary beach chairs, which made the experience even better. If your hotel doesn't provide them, you can always bring your own chairs or just relax on a towel or blankets. I love the Miami vibe, and South Beach is one of my favorite places to visit. It's always a fun, energetic destination, and I can't wait to come back.

You do have to walk quite a bit to reach the sand--it's surprisingly far from Ocean Drive. I don't think I've ever seen such a large distance between a main road and the beach before, but honestly, that's part of its charm. Palm trees, colorful lifeguard towers, and the Art Deco skyline create the classic Miami postcard scene. Whether you visit for sunrise or sunset, the vibe here is always energetic. This little shop looks little from the outside but it's pretty spacious inside. Has a lot of anything you would want and a shop between refreshments in the front little candy station then they have some necklaces and charms then as you go to the back that's where you will find the Skateboards surfboards and skimboards. Very helpful and friendly staff more than happy to help me find the products I needed. A good wide variety product names, not to mention alot of replacement products. Ranging from Leashes, wheels,bearings,trucks and grips. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area of coconut grove and/ south Miami. Now price wise not the most affordable place, but not the most expensive. Most def going back to buy myself a long board for sure.

It is beautiful here with nice soft sand, peaceful views, and is a bit different from South Beach where it is crowded, noisy and busy. Don't get me wrong, South Beach is beautiful also if you want to party and like big crowds. North Beach also has Argentinian restaurants nearby as well as shopping for your convenience but on a smaller scale. It is a nice neighborhood with minimum tourists. You can also enjoy the boardwalk, play volleyball, workout, and swim, This beach is great for families also. Parking is a bit hard to find so have patience because I have found that parking is a problem anywhere at any beach in Florida. I would definitely return to this lovely beach.

Most folks were very friendly. There was one guy shouting random things about Eddie Money.. not sure why. There was also a verbal altercation a few groups over but the beach patrol talked everyone down and it was fine. The beach Cafe was pretty awesome. You can have food and drinks delivered to you on the beach. There are also Umbrella and Chair rentals and they do all the set up and tear down for you. I would go again.
