Cute local watering hole we stumbled upon. Very please with the food and service. Perfect place to grab a cold drink as well. Would come back again!

Pollard Sandwitch Wow--Divided Sky is lovely! Truly love this place and the food! Parking is in the lot below--walk up the stairs to the entrance! I tried the Pollard Sandwich and holy moly--I'm dying to eat this again. I tried to eat only half of it but it was too good not to finish! Their menu had some other tasty items on it as well which I'd love to try! The service is great and the vibe is chill. This is definitely my favorite place to grab a sandwich!

78/85 on the snasty scale. Locals treating locals like locals. Veggie options superior to other places in town.

We were seated quickly by the waitress and served water. It must have been short staffed that day because it took a while to get our drink and food orders in. I'll give benefit of the doubt that it was slow season and staffing might be lean. My wife and I ordered Baja fish tacos and the fish n chips plate, I though the texture and execution of the dishes was spot on, very crispy and appetizing looking dishes, the tacos had cotija cheese on top of the fried fish, diced peppers with pico, and the side was a creative play on street corn (corn, mayo, cheese, spices) served with chips. The only critique I'll give is everything needed more salt, but that's better than being salty. My drinks were amazing, blood orange IPA and the clear water lager (award winning). I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend!

The food itself is completely mediocre. We ordered the nachos and the ramen. The nachos were just okay (we got them with beef), but the ramen broth was way too salty. The real shocker came when the bill arrived. They charged $38 bucks for a single bowl of ramen that only had two pieces of pork belly in it, and honestly, the pork tasted more like regular fried bacon. On top of that, the nachos were over $30. I totally get that tourist areas are bound to be pricey, but these prices are just excessive for what you actually get. People really need to know what they're getting into before they choose to eat here. Definitely won't be back.

Hubby had the Chorizo Quesadilla and enjoyed it very much. The portion was enough for 2 meals. Sure enough, he took half home. I had the Coconut French Toast, the small portion. Even though it's supposed to be small, I still left some on my plate. Love the fresh sliced bananas with it! There are more menu items we would love to try. Just need to come back and visit again!

The poached eggs were done perfectly and the English muffins were not burnt. (I have, unfortunately, experienced that before at another location.) My sister's breakfast was the corn beef hash, which really did look homemade, (unlike another restaurant in the area that served me what I believed was canned corn beef hash with almost soup texture.) her fruit was ripe. I do believe she very much enjoyed the breakfast. I may not be 100% correct on this, but I was rather disappointed in the hollandaise, it was a bit 'flat'. As far as I can tell, it was not true hollandaise. Most probably it was an egg Béchamel. It had a very creamy texture, a small tendency to congeal on the top, and lacked the bright zing of lemon and buttery texture and flavor of true hollandaise. Indicators, its lack of a slightly translucent and glossy finish, the lack of the acidity of lemon juice or vinegar, and did not weep butter, but instead seem to thicken and form a slight crust as I finished the Benedicts. The egg, Benedict were very tasty, but the hollandaise sauce with disappointing. (I really do like a good hollandaise.)

They have a variety of dogs... all beef, Italian sausage, spicy hot link, elk, bison, boar, and beyond brat (vegan). Look for the food truck in the parking lot with a Shell gas station on Highway 50. The dogs are served up plain or you can get them specialized as in a Chicago dog, Sonoran dog, chili cheese, etc. The dogs range $7.50-$15. Plus they got fries$5-13. Those too are served plain or specialized. My faves are the chili fries, Chicago dog, and New York style dog. The chili is no beans and the fries are double fried giving them an extra crispy layer of crust. I do have to tell them light on the onions and mustard because they give you a full bang for your buck and load it up. But Hubs likes it that way. I like to wash it all down with their homemade lemonade. It's the real deal, made with lemons, sugar, and water. The $6 lemonade is served up in a whomping 32 ounce container. Get this, they serve breakfast as well. You can get an egg, cheese, hash brown on an 8 inch Italian roll or bowl. $9.50. Add bacon, sausage or steak $2.50-$4.50 extra.

Before I even get to the delicious food, I have to say that we absolutely loved (and I mean loved) our hostess for the evening. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she knows who she is. It was a quiet Wednesday night and she handled the four corners of the room on her own and all of us in the restaurant received her special attention and I could see and hear that the other diners really appreciated her too. For our starters, Lisa had the asparagus soup (one of her favorites) and I tried out the foie gras because the flavor combinations sounded so interesting. Both of us loved our dishes. For me, I found that the flavors of the coconut curry ice cream meshed really well with the foie gras and the grilled pineapple. I would have never thought to mix all of those, but it worked very well. For our entrees, I went with the rack of lamb, which was excellent, and Lisa had the halibut special. She often goes for the halibut when we dine out and was very happy with her dish. To cap off the evening, we ordered the frozen white chocolate mousse cake with Oreo crust and our hostess brought it out with a lit candle. It was so warmly presented and was a nice touch to end our very special evening at Evan's. Oh, and the dessert was delicious too!

It is the smallest of all the red huts and it has a vintage cute vibe. Our service was amazing and the food was really delicious. It was very casual and old school. I felt like if I lived here and came regularly, the waitstaff would treat me like family. Everyone was super nice and attentive. Food was a touch expensive but better than competitors (heidi!), but I also felt that some of the food was a little skimpy. My partner got the tuna melt and I just expect a tuna melt to be sort of heaping, like a thick layer of tuna, but the tuna layer was equally as thick as the bread. Also, I got the rösti, and it's about 1 and a half to 2 cups of hash browns with cheese and diced meat on top. As we know, hash browns are super cheap. I got it "loaded" which is choosing all three of the meat options (tiny diced cubes of ham, small slices of breakfast sausage, and bacon bits) and it became $21. I felt like that is pretty steep for hash browns and a quarter cup of meat, but I understand mountain towns have to raise prices to offset the shipping/travel costs. All in all, I would definitely come here again!!!
