I brought the golden blonde extensions with me that color matched my hair perfectly but I needed my roots touched up and to get a hair trim. I told the stylists my hair color already matched but I just needed my roots touched up and a trim. I'm not sure where the misunderstanding was because she ended up bleaching all of my hair and turning my hair grey. At the end she didn't even cut my hair and told me I was done. When I told her I needed my bangs trimmed she did trim them but made me look so botched. I didn't tell the salon when I was there because I'm not confrontational but I cried the whole way home. The hair on the top of my scalp is fried and frizzy and looks like baby hairs now and my bangs look terrible. I had to cancel my engagement photos and now need to wait to find someone to fix my hair. The whole staff there is extremely nice so I feel terrible posting this but I was very clear when I sat down with her about what I wanted and I don't understand where the miscommunication happened.
