I was sent a picture of the arrangement and it had lilies in it and they looked old and the arrangement was disappointing. I contacted them immediately and talked to an older gal who wasn't very nice. She said they would take out the lilies, and I asked for a picture of the completed arrangement. I waited...and never got a picture. I then called them back and talked to a nice gal and told them I rather the flowers not be delivered if they looked anything like the first picture. The nice lady said they would have redone a new arrangement if I wasn't happy, but I was never given that option on the first phone call I made, even though I told her the arrangement looked embarrassing. I was told that the arrangement was already out for delivery. Ugh! What my friend received looked pathetic. Not happy at all with this purchase. It's a lot of white flowers with brown tips. This is NOT a pretty arrangement at all. I'm sorry I spent $100 on this transaction. It's a bummer to spend half the day worrying, texting and calling. What a bland bouquet. Were you out of pretty colors? Would this cheer you up? Not me!

She provided lots of good advice when I was unsure and was so sweet and understanding throughout the whole process. She even came back to the venue at the end of the night to clean up and help us gather the arrangements we wanted to keep. There are books and clothes and decorations and foods and accessories and most-things-imaginable, all from Denmark, Sweden and Finland. There were baby bibs and toys with Finnish sayings on them, magnets and souvenirs from "the Olde country", napkins and tea-light metal carousels and other Nordic-European fare. If you're nostalgic for Nordic fare, you're sure to get your fix here. The bad news: the prices. Even acknowledging that the merchandise is from Norway, who wants to pay $15 for a pair of socks that don't look special or different that what you can find in any sock store (I'm talking red socks with a stripe of flowers on them? Nothing that screams "I'm special and imported from Denmark!"). Even the Poulsbo souvenir magnets (which are probably made in China) were overpriced. And the lady behind the counter was dour and I don't think she cracked a smile since the 60's. No "thank you for stopping by" or "how can I help you?" or anything. I didn't get the warm fuzzies here.
