The breakfast muffin was covered with crumble and oats which made my husband anticipate a brown sugar crumble topping like you would put on coffee cake . Except this crumble tasted like breadcrumbs with a few oatmeal pieces sprinkled in. The muffin itself was like a carrot cake with little bits of carrot and raisin visible with just the slightest hint of spice, otherwise, tasteless, although the presentation was very nice . The snickerdoodle cookie had a nice sour flavor but was dry and unappealing. The lemon tart had no lemon flavor. Maybe it was marked wrong? I've heard great reviews about their sourdough. We didn't try it. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be coming back .

It was a bit of a shortage on the actual chicken in the chicken salad, as well as chicken salad in the bagel sigh!! But what was there was delicious. Just wish they had added more. And the Frappe it was more just icey with sugar/cream I couldn't really taste the coffee and was kind of left with shaved ice at the end of the cup it wasn't the best of frappes I have had in my past, there were some yummy looking other coffees and iced coffees, I think I will try that next time! I was so excited when sourdough suddenly became all the rage here in Tuolumne County, but none of the kitchens here could match the tangy deliciousness of the San Fran style I had come to love.. Until now! I went to a pop-up store for Sourdough Dreams today. I think it is the last sourdough place I hadn't tried in the area. While all the shops & home kitchens around here have great stuff, it is more like regular bread to me. Then I found this magical place and my quest for perfection has ended! It is here!! Finally, a place that delivers that distinctive trifecta of tangy flavor, the chewy crust, and airy bread texture that I have longed for. Everything I purchased (a cinnamon chocolate chip loaf, brown sugar focaccia, orange almond mini cake, and a chocolate chip cookie) were all delicious perfection! Chocked full of goodies, yet not overpowering the distinct underlying sourdough flavor. There was a party in my taste buds with every bite. Sourdough Dreams is my sourdough heaven! I was only going to get one loaf but got 2 instead and the first loaf we ate 2/3s of right away. Even with the jalapeños in there it wasnt too spice for my grandma to eat.
