I LOVE this nail salon. I have had my nails done by Tony, Tammy and Tiffany. I always get gel nails with french tips. Even if I didn't work in the same shopping plaza I would totally come back here. This is as good as it gets, as far as I'm concerned. To begin with there is very little turnover in staff - meaning quality work and good management. All equipment is maintained professionally. The staff is friendly and helpful. They're always there for you and are never pushy. My gel-filled nails look absolutely gorgeous all the time. I will not be returning to this nail salon. Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure, the manicure turned out fine so far. However the pedicure was a disaster. She over cut my cuticles to the point of them bleeding, and clearly did not know how to take care of it. I woke up the next morning with a disgusting, painful sore on one of my toes, assuming it's infected from the poor care. Not to mention the entire experience was underwhelming (long wait, poor service, pedicure doesn't even look good after all that). There are plenty of other nail salons in the area that I would suggest going to above this one. read more

I had stopped going there awhile ago as they were rude, unprofessional and very rough. Decided to try it again today and nothing has changed. Polish used for my toes was old and she had to put some drops in it to make it work. The OPI soak off gel was bad too. I asked for a new bottle and was told there wasn't one. My standard pedicure took an hour and I had to ask her to be be done with my manicure quickly b/c I didn't have enough time after the ridiculously long pedicure...but it was my fault of course! My toe nails were cut so short, they are bleeding and the skin around my finger nails is so sore. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Underwhelming and poorly run. I used to come here often for mani/pedi and always loved the service. I haven't been there for about a year and was surprised to see a change in staff/management. It isn't for the better. I signed in and requested a mani/pedi -- even wrote it on the sign in form. I was seated in a few minutes but it took over 15 minutes for someone to actually start my pedicure. The work was nice but after she completed my pedicure, she told me to sit and wait while she ran my credit card. I was surprised but assumed she did so so I wouldn't mess up my manicure paying the bill. That never happened -- because immediately after running my card, she never came back. After waiting another 10 minutes, I finally stopped her and asked her about my manicure she was like, "oh, sorry, I guess I can do it now." I was done with the lackluster service and just walked out. I wish I knew where the original staff went. This one seems to be more interested in getting Starbucks orders or the staff and refilling the candy bowl than actually serving customers. read more

I love Divine Nail Spa! This is by far the BEST nail spa I have been to. In the 10 years I've been living in Leesburg, I have tried 6 nail salons before finding Divine nail Spa. At other salons, my nails always broke and needed repair.. Not here. I get gel nails done by Tony and he does an AMAZING job. My nails always look great.. I'm sure they use superior products and Tony's technique is perfect. I love, love, love the way my nails look, not only when I leave but for the weeks following. I hate to be a grouch, but this was by far one the strangest and most disappointing experiences I've had at a nail salon. I went in with an idea of the color I wanted. Nothing crazy, just a nice mauve-y color for the fall. The nail technician asked me to pick a color. I found just what I wanted and showed him. "No," he said. "No good for you." What? I told him that I really liked this color "No, no. Pick other color," he insisted. I tried to argue a few more times taken aback that he would say this to a PAYING CUSTOMER. To keep from causing a scene, I chuckled and finally gave in. I picked another color and showed him. "NO." I guess that's not what he wanted either. Finally he told me to pick three new colors that I like and he would pick one (are you kidding me?). To try and get things to move along, I did as he said and chose three new colors, all of which I'd be okay with (though none were as good as the first color I'd picked out). I showed him the three. "NO. Not for you. Not good color." At this point I'm completely baffled. He'd put me in an incredibly uncomfortable position by telling me to pick a color, and then not letting me pick a color! By now it's been a good ten minutes, and I'll do anything to just have my nails painted and get the heck out of there. So finally, exhausted, I just tell him to pick whatever color he wants. He immediately pipes up "Blue!" and chooses a bright, electric blue color. Not exactly what I was going for to kick off autumn... but much to my chagrin, I agree to the color, totally giving up on getting anything even close to what I wanted. So he paints my nails blue. He was just finishing the top coat when another nail technician walked by. He lifted my hand to show her, "You like?" "Yes, it looks very nice." she said. I chuckled (frustrated inside) and said "He picked out the color." "Oh," replied the woman. "You should never let him pick. He will always pick blue." What?? So this has happened on more than one occasion? This guy is a professional nail technician who EXCLUSIVELY uses blue nail polish?? After all this, this guy told me to take out my phone and pressured me to leave a review right in front of him! I made some excuse about the page not loading and waited till now instead... hey, he wanted a review, so here ya go! Weirdest and worst nail experience of my life. My advice, make the trip out to Purcellville and go to Top Coat Nail Spa instead. That is the best place I've ever been to. read more

I've been going here for years and love all the people that work there. Tony does my nails and Song does my pedis (with pretty little flowers painted on my big toes - she is an artist!) but everyone there is just as nice as can be. The person who wrote the review about having hands burnt and an angry staff member there I am convinced is a totally fake. Probably someone from another salon. In two + years I have never seen anything other than happy, repeat customers and a VERY friendly staff. They even remember your name and give you lots of TLC. Best of all, this is the only salon I have ever gone to that has done my nails in a way they NEVER break. I hate emergency trips to a salon (I am super busy) to fix a broken nail, and that never happens with this place. I highly recommend!!! read more

The worst nail salon I've ever been to. I had burns on my hands because the nail tech left my hands under the UV light for over 20 minutes at one time multiple times. When i would take my hands out she started yelling not telling but yelling at me because id take them out. She took two hours to do a gel manicure! I cannot begin to explain the low level of customer service that I experienced at this salon. The older woman whom did my nails had the worst attitude and rude demeanor I have ever experienced. Additionally, she grabbed my hands roughly and basically threw them under the UV light! When she tried to do it again, I told her no and she had the nerve to ask me with an attitude why not?!?!?!? I told her she was rude! When she saw that I was clearly upset, she proceeded to try and be nice to me.... this time she was smiling.... And as I paid her manager, whom by the way was a very nice and polite man. I told him I was very unhappy about how that woman treated me, I honestly felt disrespected. The man offered me a gift certificate and apologized. However, it's too bad that person ruined it for me and I will never go back again. read more

I love this place. The staff is always so friendly and does a great job. Clean, many nail colors to choose from and decent prices. They have stayed past closing time many times for me. I have been going to this nail salon for years and love the people there. They are always friendly and eager to meet your request. Tony does my nails and has always done a perfect job. I get compliments on my nails all the time and my manager actually went to see Tony to have her nails done because mine always look perfect. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I made a Yelp account because I was so dissatisfied. They seem nice on the surface, when you walk in and tell them what you need, but they are not. I went in hoping to relax and have a good time but I left feeling disrespected and dissatisfied. I went in to have a french manicure. They are not friendly and do not make you feel comfortable. Before the lady was even done, she wanted me to pay. I planned on giving her a cash tip, so it was not added to the cc payment. Once she took the payment and sat back down to finish, she started speaking in her language. I did not understand what she was saying, but being bilingual, I could tell she was talking crap which I found very unprofessional and rude. After sitting through her just talking crap, I gave her cash tip and her mood completely changed. She had a big smile on her face and told me to come back. I do not recommend this place at all. If you want to feel welcomed and respected, I advise you go elsewhere. read more
