Well, the tech doing my nails showed her aggravation (if you don't want to provide a service, don't put it on the menu). She was annoyed from that moment and took it out on my gel manicure. I have NEVER had such a bad manicure, my nails have been crumbling since. She absolutely destroyed them. (I have been manicures for years, so my nails can handle a dip or a gel). I had one broken nail and she cut ALL of my nails down to the skin before I even realized it. Then she kept asking me if I "wanted" things that I know were part of the service. Never again.

She should not be working on people The place is nice and clean and they have a lot of people working there so getting an appt or being a walk in is not problem.
