On google it said Lovely Nails but it's now new ownership and called Palm Tree Nails. It's in a house off the parkway I walk in and OMG it was the comfiest vibe salon I ever saw. I was at home, there was also classical music in the background it was relaxing. Chloe (the owner) convinced me I needed my nails done but I love designs so I was skeptical because I did not want it to come out crazy. WOWWWW it was amazing, legit looks just like my inspo pic. I will be coming back this is the place to go!!!

I was looking for a new nail spot…read morein Jersey (I used to go in NYC, but my nail tech left), and I really wanted to like this spot. It's clean and modern inside, but the service is atrocious. I made an appointment on 3/19 at 1:15 for SNS/ Dip. The appointment was confirmed 2 days prior, and then 45 minutes before the appointment I receive a text asking me to come early because my nails are going to take awhile. This was the first red flag because they knew what service I booked, and if 1:15 was too late, that should've been communicated upfront. I told them I was at lunch, and I'd come when I was done. I wasn't rushing my lunch for their poor planning. I arrived at 12:50 & got my nails done by Sumi/Chloe (I believe she's the owner). The service itself was fine. I liked the shape and the color, so I was happy when I left. Then a couple of days later, the top coat starts peeling off my nails, and as time goes on, it gets worse. I call on Saturday 3/28 to see if they can redo the top coat because my nails should be in pristine condition after a week and 2 days. Also, two of my nails chipped on the side, but I didn't want to make a fuss, so I just asked for the top coat to be re-done. Chloe texts me & asks me to come in after 4:30 because she's busy today. I told her I couldn't because I had other things to do & I asked her to squeeze me in. It's simply a top coat redo, it should be quick. She asked me to come right then & luckily, I was finishing up an appointment, so I went over & she redid my top coat. Red flag #2: if you mess up, you should be accommodating to the client. You shouldn't make someone work around your schedule as if I have nothing to do but sit around and get my nails done. Now 3 days later, my top coat is completely coming off AGAIN! I text Chloe to let her know, and she asks me to come in right then. Once again, as if I have nothing to do but sit around and get my nails done. I was at work in NYC & I was unable to come in, so I asked if I could come in Thursday and this was her response: "I'm sorry, but I can't fix it during the weekdays. This week is Easter week, so my schedule is already fully booked and I don't have any gaps. Please come in today". I was baffled. Once again, this was her mess up, and instead of being accommodating and kind, she's asking me to drop everything and come in when I'm not even in the same city let alone the state! At this point, I was over this experience and her. I told her never mind, and I'd figure it out myself. Of course, she didn't respond because she doesn't care about her clients. Well unfortunately, her bad customer service will affect her money because I won't be returning. In addition to the bad service, she will try to upsell you to the builder gel for $130. There's no way I'd spend $130 with this woman or recommend anyone else do so. Maybe if you don't do SNS/Dip, you'll have a good experience. But if you have any problems, don't expect her to accommodate you. Instead you'll have to bend over backwards, so she can fix her mess ups. I've been doing dip for over a year and have never had issues with my top coat coming off or my nails chipping .Typically , my nails stay in pristine condition for 3-4 weeks! After less than two weeks of going to Palm Tree Nails, several of my nails have chipped and the top coat is peeling off. They look horrible. Chloe should be ashamed of her work! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

It smells like a spa, sounds like a spa and have astronomical prices like a spa! My gel pedicure was good but I can't say that it was worth what they charged me. They have big comfy massage chairs that have tray tables and phone chargers attached. The lady that did my pedicure seemed to be annoyed at first but she warmed up as time went on. They use a lavender scrub and soak which was nice aromatherapy. From start to finish my pedicure was done in about 25 minutes. This pedicure was no different than the one I get at a "regular" salon and pay almost $30 less. But I guess all of the bells and whistles comes at a big price. The salon is in a very busy ShopRite plaza which can be a pain for parking. They accept all major credit cards and cash. I'd say this place is good for a "me time, me day" type of thing. Would I recommend being a regular customer here? No.

I made an appointment over 2 weeks prior and even though I waited for over 30 minutes. I watched another customer be helped who arrived after I did; however, I was given no help or any update as to when I might receive any service. After over 30 minutes and no guidance from any staff, I left as I didn't want to waste any more of my own time. This was incredibly rude and disappointing, my family and I will no longer be going here after being disrespected in this way.
