Brought my daughter last month and we loved the cut she received, so this time I decided to book an appointment for myself. I messaged with time to see availability, agreed on date and time. I arrive day of my appointment 1:30pm and Minelli isn't in her studio, I message her of my arrival, no answer. 15 min later she comes back with a client she was working on I asked if she would like me to come back. And we agree on returning at 2:20pm I said no worries I'll go get a bite to eat and return, I return & park in lot and receive new message to return at 2:30. I wait in car and at 2:25 get out and walk in and I see her working on a customer still. So I sit and wait now 2:30pm And I wait 15 min pass and I have to go, I'm a mom, I scheduled with time and coordinated with my husband to leave work to stay with our toddler. I have kids to pick up from school. Very unprofessional the way I was made to wait only to be left waiting yet again. Worst experience yet. If you book with her keep in mind It's like when your going to a "doctors appointment" If you book at 2 you won't be seen til 2:45pm First time I've heard that one. If I book I understand if your running late but be up front and don't have me coming back at a new time and then have me wait again. read more
