I called my regular cleaner about possible same day service or even two day service and was told that was a "no go." So much for my 20 plus year's of business. So, to Yelp I turned and happened upon Colvin Cleaners. They told me they regularly do same day service as long as the garments are there by 10:30 am and that I could expect them back at or before 3 pm. Eureka!! I drove like a mad woman straight there from the southern tier and arrived at 10:32 am. Despite my tardiness for the 10:30 deadline, the counter staff was very friendly, bright and cheerful and greeted me with a "how can we help?" They set up an account for me, checked in my items, and told me I could expect a text when the dry cleaning could be picked up, all in under 5 minutes! I decided to run errands while in Buffalo for my trip. Sure enough at about 2:30 pm, I got a text informing me my clothes were ready. I arrived, to find yet more bright happy and helpful service staff at the counter. I paid a very reasonable sum for my clothes and was on my way. This place is great and advertises that they employ green cleaning methods to boot! If you are in the Buffalo area, make this business your dry cleaners!!!!! You will not regret it!

It fit well through my ribs and chest, but needed to be taken in around the hips and lower part of the dress, as well as shortened. I called ahead, and they told me to come in with no problem. They had me try the dress on, carefully pinned and marked everything, and explained that it would be ready in about a week. When I picked it up, the alterations were beautifully done. After getting home, I realized there was one small thing I wanted to adjust about the way the bottom of the dress was laying. I called, and they immediately told me to bring it back whenever was convenient. They fixed it for me while I waited, and I was so impressed by how thorough they were. They had me try it on multiple times, making little tweaks until it fit absolutely perfectly. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, and they didn't even charge me for the additional adjustment. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy with the final result. The dress fits like it was made for me! I couldn't be happier with their work and will absolutely be coming back the next time I need something tailored. Highly recommend!

I had heard good things about Chayban and decided to see if they could pull off a miracle. Truly, they went above and beyond! The attention to detail and the level of execution were superb, which given the time constraints is all the more impressive. The reception dress required a complete redesign of the top. They took my idea and made it look like the dress was designed that way. Which again, is all the more impressive given that they only had four weeks to pull it off. There was no reason to punch holes in the fabric of the shirt -as there was a label inside the shirt with size and care instructions. (They could have easily attached their yellow tag here) Last week I dropped 7 more shirts off and showed the damaged shirt to the employee and asked her to make sure the yellow dry clean tag was not put through the fabric again. I was assured they would not. I just picked up the shirts and once again 2 of them had the yellow tag punched right through the fabric -leaving holes in the fabric of the shirt. While the cleaning is fine and the shirts look nice when done, it is not worth dropping off shirts here if I pick them up with holes in the fabric.

Then it came winter time and all of my sweaters smelled and I signed up for free pick up and delivery! No Remembering to drop off or pick up THATS THE WORST PART OF DRY CLEANING (at least for me). I also enrolled into automatic pay at the end of the month. They just email me my invoice and it's withdrawn from my account. Some months it's $0 and there's still no charge. My husband and I did have a mix up between ourselves about picking it up vs having our beloved comforter get dropped off. I called them a few weeks later asking about it and I got the best customer service I've gotten in VERY long time. They re cleaned my blanket and dropped it off!
