He said yes. I live about a hour and half from this automotive shop. I drove the car to his automotive shop. At first what Mr. Moe thought was the problem wasn't. After he did a diagnostic and found out it was the fuse panel box, he ordered from a car dealership. The wrong year of the car was sent. My car is a 2005. In the mean while I had order the part online. At first Mr. Moe said he couldn't use it, but after the one he had ordered from the dealership, they sent was the wrong one he went ahead and use the one I had ordered. He told me that it will take about 11 hours because there was a lot of wires he had to connect. In between the snow, bad weather, getting the part and etc., it took several months. I didn't mine because I wanted my car fixed. From the time I picked my car up in early March/ April 2025 my car has been starting. Mr. Moe fixed the problem like he said he would. He is a great man. He and his partner was always polite to me over the phone when I called about my car. Whenever I called, to inquire what was doing to my car, he would tell me. I would highly recommend J & J Automotive if you have a foreign car. From the moment I pulled in the lot, Abe was courteous and friendly. And he did something I've never seen a mechanic do- he drove the car with me as a passenger, and listened to all my concerns! He also updated me with everything he found, and made sure I knew the cost before committing. Fair prices, kind and knowledgeable workers, overall, an amazing experience! My car was immediately pulled into the service area. After that I waited for a while. A little over an hour. I'm use to a 20-30 minutes in and out. Several cars after me were finished way before mine (one having an inspection). No follow-ups during my wait. While I am appreciative of all the recommended maintenance services to keep my vehicle in good running conditions - the delivery of this report via email to me never happened. No estimates provided without me asking for the price of one specific part. The rep saying, oh very expensive....To me this tone came across as if a certain assumption was made on what's affordable. The communication was very odd to me if I came in only for a vehicle inspection. Had the report arrived via email as promised this experience would've been much better on my end. Lacked the promised email. No real value to report here inspections cost the same everywhere. They did not did not send over said report.
