He explains everything in such detail for you to understand and not get lost in medical terminology. I was a bit nervous about getting my eyes dilated due to in the past I would get a massive migraine afterwards and let him know that as well. With that being said he use a far less percentage and made sure through out the whole appointment if I was okay and I was! No migraine at all. My son was also nervous about getting drops in his eyes due to him not ever having drops in his eyes before and again Dr. Kevin talked to him and made him laugh and my son says "that wasn't bad at all!" I'll continue to recommend Dr.Kevin. For not only being caring and compassionate, but really making you feel as you matter and your just not "just another patient"

The same thing. This is bad business. If you're that busy simply ask for the customers phone number and give me a courtesy call back. It's rude to put me on hold in the middle of me talking and for that I don't care to use your center for business. So if you're looking for a place that keeps you on hold and keeps putting you on hold when you call this is the place for you.

I just had an appointment at Access Eye and I was truly impressed. I came to them about 2 months…read moreafter I got my exam and glasses from a nationwide chain. Not too long after I got them I started having trouble with double vision. I went to Access Eye because of this problem. I saw Chris and Trent the technicians and they were great. They took my history and gave me a basic eye exam. They were very friendly, professional, and thorough. I then saw Dr. Biscombe. He was fantastic. Very professional yet friendly. He said my eyes looked good except for the beginning of cataracts. Not enough to get surgery yet. He checked my glasses and found I had an incorrect prescription and that was the reason for the double vision. I thank the staff that I sae at Access Eye as they solved a problem for me. They are my new optometrists. I can't forget the woman at the front desk. She was amazing. She knew all about my insurance benefits and explained them. To me patiently. Because I bought glasses at the chain I went to first my lenses will not be covered. I blame that chain for using up my insurance benefits so I couldn't use them at a good optometrist. I am on social security I have a fixed income and new lenses will create a hardship. I am just glad I found Access Eye. They fixed my problem.

We have spent a week digging through old EOBs and calendars to check on the date of service, etc. to no avail. I feel we're held hostage to something they can arbitrarily make up on their own and we're stuck. We can only guess at the insurance, but what it looks like they billed does not have a dependent eye care program for retirees. Very odd and suspicious on FOA's part. I paid the bill, but I would never recommend them to anyone. Billing is obviously scary and from what I can remember regarding the eye-care for our kids, it was only fair to average. Do yourself a favor and go to My Eye Dr, service is exceptional and insurance, billing, and payments are handled before you walk out the door. No surprises
