This negative review is in no way a criticism of the quality of Brad's work, no doubt he does good work according to the positive reviews, just needs to communicate better, shouldn't be too much trouble to keep customers up to date on a job status.

I have watched them on a few occasions and have seen the quality and care that is put into the installation including the sealing foam and flanging around each window. They always send someone out first to measure each window before sending the order in to the manufacturer for accuracy. All of the installations that they put in my home fit nicely. That is why I wrote this review and will keep using them in the future.

I had been meaning to service my roll up doors myself, as they were getting pretty hard to roll up and down, but on the list of many things to do, this was towards the bottom. Him showing up was perfect timing, so I set up an appt for that Saturday. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the appt so we rescheduled for the next week. He was prompt to show up and took care of my doors in a timely manner. The doors ended up needing some parts, and he carried all the spares in his truck, so I didn't have to wait for any parts. He also came after hours, which was great as I am constantly driving cars in and out during business hours, so no impact on my business. The difference was night and day. The doors roll effortlessly and no longer get stuck. Is he cheap? Is he expensive? I don't know as I didn't shop around. But I was happy with the service I got for the price I paid, so that's a deal to me. Add to that the 24 hour service, and I'll be using him next time I need to do anything with my roll up doors.
