I was charged 1600 for detailing, and the boat was still filthy on the inside. I spend several hours cleaning it after I picked it up. Secondly, a part was fixed last year before going into storage. The first time we took the boat out on Lake Michigan this year, the part failed and we were stuck in high waves on the lake. I called to let them know, asked them to work with me on the issue, because I was now 3 hours away..... I was basically told too bad, it was now my problem... The owner is a typical stereotype, he'll sell you what they have and try to make you happy with it, but if you want something they don't have all of a sudden it's a huge hassle and they will not help you get what you really want. There service is a complete joke and again typical, high price, won't mess with anything aftermarket, and when buying just parts they try as hard as they can to get you to bring it in so they can find other "issues" to get a few more dollars out of you. Please never visit this dealership and never do business with them. They are absolutely terrible and if they don't have customers they will close and that would do us all a favor so something better can open.
