I am writing to share feedback regarding a disappointing experience I had at your establishment…read more While Ashley provided excellent service when taking our order, the rest of the visit was very off-putting. The pizza itself was dry and lacked sufficient tomato sauce, resulting in a very bland product that was essentially plain dough and cheese More importantly, I had a negative encounter with a server named Julia. When I requested a knife from Julie at the register, she informed me she would bring it to the table but failed to do so. Upon following up with Ashley, I was provided one immediately from the same location where Julie had been standing. When I later addressed the delay with Julia, she responded snarkily, stating "well you didn't order from me and you're not my table so I don't have to get you a knife. I said if you work here and I ask for a knife, if you feel you don't want to get it for me, then as an employee, you get whomever rang me up to assist me but either way, I walked to the cash register and asked for a knife and she could have easily reached under the shelf and handed me a knife just as Ashley did. I attempted to speak with the manager on duty, Justin, but he was busy at the bar. While I was waiting to speak with Justin, Julia brushed past me touching the spoon that was in my hand. After a bit of time passed by, I chose to leave rather than continue waiting. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving both the food quality and the service standards to ensure a better experience for future patrons at your restaurant.

Thankfully, we eventually found this spot. The decor immediately caught our attention, very crazy decor, dark dingy, we love it. We grabbed a seat at a high-top table and settled in for a few drinks. Our waitress was fantastic and worked her butt off all night. Even as the crowd started to pick up later in the evening, she stayed attentive and kept things moving. We ordered a giant pretzel to snack on while we enjoyed our drinks. Nothing fancy, but exactly what we were looking for at the time. As the night went on, the atmosphere definitely became more lively and energetic. My only real complaint is that I wish they had live music. It would have added a lot more to it and given the place a little extra character. I'm not sure if they normally have entertainment on other nights, but it would be worth checking into for next time. Overall, this was a solid place to hangout at, enjoy a few drinks, and escape the downtown bar-hopping frustration. The service was great, the atmosphere was fun, and we'd happily stop in again.

The pickles were okay, we always appreciate a pickle fry vs a chip. We took the sandwich back to the hotel and ate the the next morning for breakfast. There was enough meat for my husband and I to share and be satisfied. What we loved was the service. Super friendly and attentive. We will definitely return, hungry, on our next trip to Savannah.

We did have a few things to eat. We shared an order of fried pickles, a giant pretzel and a club sandwich with macaroni and cheese. The fried pickles where spears, and I like that way better then chips, they were good. Then came the giant pretzel, it was good. The cheese sauce was was a little short on flavor but it did have a good consistency. Then came the club sandwich. We ordered it without the middle slice bread. It looked really good. I ate the macaroni and cheese first. It was definitely the cheeseest macaroni and cheese I've ever had. It was very good. And that's where we ran out of steam! Full! My wife atleast cut off a little piece and tried it, it was as good as it looked. We ended up taking it to go. We did eat for breakfast the next day.

It also has a large restaurant and bar area and an extensive menu. We each had a $5 side salad, well worth it. Mine had candied pecans, apple slices and crumbled blue cheese in a bed of lettuce with a raspberry vinaigrette. His was a garden salad, with lettuce, tomatoes and croutons, not as exciting, but still a large serving for only $5. I had the chicken fingers with fries, with just above a thimblefull of coleslaw. He had the grilled chicken burger. They were out of bacon (how does a restaurant run out of bacon?), but they comped the $2 bacon would cost if added. Both were pronounced very tasty. I was ravenous and still had some ti take home. I was impressed with their menu, which went on & on for many pages, Flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, Flatbread,, wings, ribs, appetizers, I honestly can't remember it all. Also several pages of cocktails. Service was prompt and efficient. Even on.the food side. We could barely hear our waitress. Seriously, ear plugs are not a joke.

The food was decent, but the real issue was the app that allows you to add money to your digital card. Unfortunately, it crashed, and when I approached the desk for assistance, I encountered the worst customer experience I've ever had. The attendant's name was Jaylen. When I asked for help, he rudely instructed me to use the app. I explained that the app was malfunctioning, but he responded with an attitude and clearly didn't want to be there.

The young lady by name of Delaney was nothing but short, cold, impersonal and not very informative of the restaurant and menu. It was our first time. We came on a Wednesday, which happened to be a great day to come. It's $1 wing day on Wednesday. Great value for your $$. We ordered a few diffrent flavors which included Korean, Garlic parm, and BBQ. All were very good. They are served with celery and carrots. Your choice of Ranch or Blue cheese. We made the mistake by ordering cocktails. They were more like a shot. Very small glasses. They have a good variety and selection of beers on draft. I would recommend going for a beer, plus it taste better with the wings. Lastly, the ambeionce. It was very casual, like a sports bar restaurant vibe. Big screen TV's, a bar that wrapped around, and a nice size outdoor patio. I would come back on a Wed. during happy hour. In hopes that we would getting better service. Wild Wing Cafe could have been a 5 had Miss Delaney provided the service we pay for.
