When I requested a knife from Julie at the register, she informed me she would bring it to the table but failed to do so. Upon following up with Ashley, I was provided one immediately from the same location where Julie had been standing. When I later addressed the delay with Julia, she responded snarkily, stating "well you didn't order from me and you're not my table so I don't have to get you a knife. I said if you work here and I ask for a knife, if you feel you don't want to get it for me, then as an employee, you get whomever rang me up to assist me but either way, I walked to the cash register and asked for a knife and she could have easily reached under the shelf and handed me a knife just as Ashley did. I attempted to speak with the manager on duty, Justin, but he was busy at the bar. While I was waiting to speak with Justin, Julia brushed past me touching the spoon that was in my hand. After a bit of time passed by, I chose to leave rather than continue waiting. The atmosphere is just a local bar vibe they had karaoke plan all the staff were extremely helpful OK now the wings. The flavors of the wings were amazing. The size of the wings were perfect. You did not get gypped with tiny wings. But the absolute surprise of the whole dinner was the fries. The fries were absolutely amazing. Probably the best fries I ever had at a place like this. They were large fries but cut thinly and were crispy and soft in the middle just perfect. You're looking for a place to get wings. This is the place to go. I have not tried their other food yet but if I do I will let you know how it is. Myself and my two sons thoroughly enjoyed our evening out together here.
