After being reassured from staff that the points would be transferred over and 4 visits into the shop over the last 3 months leaving my information each time to inquire about it, today I was finally able to get the staff to try to speak to whoever is over them at a corporate level and was told to shove it about my original point balance. The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. I ended up trying out a wide variety of flavors at their tasting station. They have tips so you can take it off and try as many flavors as you like before purchasing. I fell in love with the Space Jam - Astro. So I decided to go ahead and purchase one of their basic intro packages. They were having all kinds of specials the first day so I ended up getting another flavor too. The build out is very sleek.
