Came in for a set of 12s for my superduty and they reccomended what subs would pair good with the stock b&o system super happy and satisfied with the work and quality really reccomend them very professional and knowledgeable

Definitely recommend! Tony is a super nice guy and a great salesman. Came in just for new CL C2's but while they were getting that done he convinced me to get a major upgrade! I had been looking at plenty of shops and everyone else charged about $300-$500 more! They gave me a great deal and did a super clean and fast job, taking less than 2 hours to do all of this. It sounds way better than I even imagined, and makes my F-150 vibrate like crazy. The enclosure is a custom F-150 box that's fits perfectly with 2x 10" Kicker Comp RT and connected to a WDX amp. All C2's in the door, I let Tony pick what he thought was best and he did better than I could have imagined. Will never go to another place for any future sound system upgrades!

I went in for a system on my truck and it's a bit over priced. I did the snap program and they sold me good by tell me they can refinance me to give me more time. So I went back and he told me they don't do that anymore. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Worst shop ever. Customer service isnt that great. They also pressure you in buying things you don't need. read more

We came here looking for THUMPS! We shopped around, and a few of the places we spoke to seemed a bit unsure when selling us products, but we found this place on Yelp, and right when we walked in the door the owners were on a mission to get us some THUMPS! We spoke to the owner, who then passed us to his son Yusef whos the Car Audio specialist. He gave us all of the options, from cheaper to more expensive, but we wanted THUMPS! so he gave us the best option possible. We got a great deal. New Pioneer Head Unit with Apple Carplay with double-din casing, 4 Alpine interior door speakers, Alpine 5 channel Amp, sub box with 12" Alpine BASS Subwoofer. Installed at a pretty good price. Not gonna post that, thats between you and them. All in all, the owners are great, the products are great, we're missing a smokers pipe from the glove but whatever, the system works great! read more

Took my 2017 C63s edition 1 to a friendly mom and pop shop to support, and surprisingly they had so many options to choose from, I purchased 2 xdj controllers and also installed a Jl audio W6 subwoofer, amplifier, and got it installed by them also. They gave me a really good price, couldn't find it cheaper even if I tried. Did a good job with the install and it sounds insane! Will be coming back 1000% read more

This place must be owned by TRUMP. The salesman was really rude. Unprofessional and told me "cash only or get out" ( middle Eastern dissent ). Not sure what crawled up his A$$. But I decided to head out to a DJ store in Hollywood . I end up spending $2000 in speakers. Also he told me he was the owner which was very hard to believe acting this way. Well I hope someone can tell the real owner of this place . He should get some better salesman with people skills. Am a DJ for over 20 year and this is the first time I have stop at this place..... Called Alex early this week to get a price on some headrest screens installed on my truck. He quoted me a price over the phone for a lot less than anywhere in the area so I made the drive out there. When I arrived he did not have the screens that he gave me a quote for but had a better quality screen of the same size. He honored the quote that he gave me over the phone. This is an honest shop which is hard to find (especially for car audio).The prices can't be beat and the install was professional . My boyfriend wanted to get a subwoofer installed in his truck and sales representative Peter was quick to assist. Wasn't pushing for the most expensive item and accessories he didn't need but rather the one that would work best with his truck's current system. I purchased a brand new Pioneer AIO from DJ Custom Audio. They had it in stock and gave me a great deal. Joe was the one who rang me out and was very pleasant. However, when I got home and opened it up, it was missing the license key for the Rekordbox software, which is an absolute must-have. I gave them a call and Chris was extremely helpful. He contacted their Pioneer rep and I ended up receiving my license key that same day. These guys are a gem to have in the community. I chose to go to them because they are family owned and the service shows. It could have easily been a bad experience anywhere else. Thank you guys! I am so thrilled with our new JBL Play Box Karaoke machine I bought from here. I called first to ask if they have what I'm looking for and Joseph who answered the phone knew exactly what I was talking about, that is to connect via bluetooth and find the songs on youtube. He was super helpful over the phone and they also had the item in stock. YASS! no waiting or ordering online needed, WOW. Really! Got there, no waiting neded. Joseph and Joe showed me the equipment, how to use the machine. We tested the 2 Shure mics he recommended, he showed 3 different mics at 3 different price points and also threw in a mixer that we wanted to have and 2 25 ft mic cords. Every piece of equipment worked during the testing. Joe was real helpful he unboxed and plugged in everything to the playbox and mixer, even helped me load it in my car with another friendly staff. As I live 2 1/2 hrs away, I wanted to be sure EVERYTHING was perfect, and it was, hallelujah! They were patient with all my questions and answered them the way that is understandable to someone who was not techy. I highly recommend this store, they have all that I needed and their service was excellent. Their store is well stocked. They will not up sell you so they can make more from the sale, they are wonderful to deal with. We will def come back here for the Shure wireless mics. Im so glad I found this place. They sure earned my business. I give DJ a 5 star rating! read more

This is another follow-up review on both the Legacy Focus SE speakers that I have had for about a…read morehear now, but also how outstanding James has been on being helpful on a few technical questions that have come along since my purchase in Oct, 2019. First, the speakers. They are awesome; like no other, with an amazing soundstage. I just marvel at the stage where the music I enjoy is coming from the center filling the "stage" on each side (Yello anyone?). I have had new listeners compliment me on how great my center channel is (Legacy Marquis XD), and after they have listened for awhile and complimented me again on the great center side, I love telling them that it is not playing- that is the amazing sound stage of the Focus SEs. You have to listen to the Focus towers (mine are the SEs) to get it. If you decide you love them, then make sure James sets them up for the maximum sound stage benefit. And also be sure and get the optional additional feet as they made a big difference- and the cost was so small I forgot how much. Plus, I almost forgot the CODA electronics which are amazing and well worth it- and substantially less than many "names" you see in the high end stereo mags. Then I want to say just how helpful James is with follow-up questions after the initial installation, which he did. I have reached out to him three times, twice due to Cox Cable gear that was performing poorly and he gave me an approach to improve it. Then when I had to move my gear for repositioning, I forgot to measure the locations, separation, and angle. He knew immediately and guided me through it as I wanted to restore what he did. Want to dazzle your friends? After you get a pair of Legacy tower speakers, model will not matter and only get better up the price curve, don't tell them that your center is off. Great fun to see the expression on their faces. Then sit back and just love live music.

Chris stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours (I am not local) and was able to guide me through set-up, care for my system, and even noticed that the red cap from the needle broke off and needed to be removed (pictured). He gave me recommendations on how to get it out, waited for me to try them, and sent me a link for the correct needle replacement. Im able to listen to the radio and my tapes now, just waiting for the needle and I can finally play my records. His ability to walk me through the set-up and minor repairs, without even touching the system, is a true testament to his knowledge and skill. Thank you!

These folks seemed interested in selling me a consultation for a couple hundred dollars rather than trust helping me and winning my trust, it seemed they were concerned if the helped me understand what would be a good solution I would leave the store and buy online. That was not the plan and once I figure out what I'm looking for I'll probably be back to buy local, as I'm a big supporter of that concept. My suggestion in the future is customer comes first, build the trust and loyalty will follow.

Or the best part, demo products at their insanely cool showroom! To top it off, they went above and beyond and hand-delivered my equipment and still treated me with 100% respect when I changed my mind on the amp after taking delivery. She looked very bothered after I purchased wheels from her business and I even asked very kindly and respectfully if she could grip my board and she complained. As I was there working on my board , a couple of teenagers came in and she changed her attitude and energy towards them and made them feel welcomed but continued to be rude towards me and even muttered to the kids badly about me . Came to the shop because it was the only area that had the wheels I was looking for so I was really stoked to come in upon entering, she was really helpful and nice. I then asked her if she can help me with my grip tape and she seemed a little bothered. I stayed at the shop to work on my board because I figured I can just swap out the wheels I purchased . I grew up going to shops and hanging out in spaces where skateboarders are welcomed, but this is the first time where I felt like a burden for staying. They had younger folks coming in hanging out at the shop and I overheard her complain about how I had over stayed my welcome. I realize that I was getting treated like I was bothering her business. I asked her if there's anyway I can bother her for back to throw in my old wheels and she seem to be bothered stating that she didn't have any extra bags and mumbled it on her breath and handed me a bag with so much annoyance that I immediately left after that. This is not the space for skaters , I recommend going else where.

He told me I wouldn't even have to come in to the factory, because it was something he could help me fix over the phone. Within a couple days he sent me the piece I needed FREE of charge and I called back so he could explain to me what to do. Before I knew it the amp was as good as new.

I went with the 3M ceramic IR film with 50% for the front windshield and 15% all around. It makes a huge difference for blocking out sunlight and heat from entering the 4Runner. I like that it's dark enough for privacy, but not too dark that you can't see at night. As for the front windshield, I appreciate that it's tinted enough to block out the sun and not too dark that other drivers can't see me. Oscar was really professional and got the job done in three hours. He also offers excellent pricing compared to the previous shops I went to get my others cars tinted. This is by far one of the best auto car stereo shop I have ever encountered, and trust I've been to many. I was in the market for a systeam and remote start for my car for months and could not seem to find a location that fits my needs as in overall customer. They were all trying to up the price or sell me something that I did'nt need. I felt that most of them would do that because I was a woman. One day I was driving by Holt and Central and I saw tents heard upbeat music and I just had to stop in there. As I walked in I was greeted with such happy energy. I explained what I needed and they listened and recomended me a package. I felt so appreciated and the sales rep had such good customer service that i bought the package and even a remote start for my car. Im not a person that really likes her music up high but ever since they hooked my car up I cant seem to ever lower the volume down im always bumping it sounds so good. I went to Planet Motorsports in Montclair the other day and got a new alarm for my car along with getting my windows tinted. I must say, they did an awesome job! Alex was the main person who helped me throughout the whole process. Overall really great service and nice people there & good prices too! After being ripped off from a shop down the street an unable to return a part that they sold me that i didn't actually need for my car! I decided to go to Planet Motorsports to get an in dash double din installed in my Chrysler 300. Not only did they buy the part off me that the other shop sold me an put the right part in my car & had me rolling away bumping!! I decided to pick the shop with highest positive yelp reviews which was planet motorsports and after getting new speaker system, pioneer navigation and the back camera in my car now I know why thay had such high review.
