BAD BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T HONOR QUOTES! I got a quote for $400 for a new radio including installation. I put a $100 deposit down so they can order it. They called and let me know they had the radio in. When I was finally able to get back down there I called first and asked for Eddie, the guy who helped me, and gave me a receipt with the radio and deposit and balance info. They told me he wasn't there and hasn't been for a week, they asked me what I needed, I told him the situation, the gentleman name name Juan told me don't worry about it just bring the receipt and he'll take care of me. When I get there he said he didn't realize the radio I mentioned on the phone. He then showed me the price of the radio online which was $300. He said the installation would be $160 plus the harness cost. He tried to tell me the pioneer I had on reserve wasn't that great of a model and said he can give a deal on some off brand radio or a Jensen. Told him I didn't initially care for any particular brand when I first came in but since I was quoted on the pioneer, I wanted what I was quoted. They didn't honor their quote, so I had them refund my $100 deposit. read more

I've been coming here ever since I've gotten my first car, they usually have everything I'm looking for to the point I simply like to stop by and browse around even when I actually don't need anything.. customer service is great, they usually work with you and ask you questions before simply selling you anything (sometimes a specific item won't be compatible with a build you're trying to complete).. I've purchased many of the brands they personally push like RE audio, TS power and other non "mainstream" brands and I've never had any issues simply because they know what they're talking about.. definitely a one stop shop.. installation wise I can't really leave a review since I'm a DYI kind of person but if you're looking for boxes, speakers, amps, audio equipment, this is the place to go to! read more

I bought a new Pioneer stereo from them on 3-26-2022 and 6 months later the volume goes up and down by itself. My Bluetooth doesn't connect to play correctly from my phone. John Parks claims there is only a 3 month warranty and nothing can be done because I need a new stereo. HOW SWAY??? I paid $320 and this imbecile refuse to do anything. BUYER BEWARE!!!! A new stereo should not last for 6 months. Go somewhere else!!!! I will contact Pioneer and Superior Court over his unscrupulous business practice. God don't like ugly!!! read more

Great place. I went in to upgrade my cheap pioneer door speakers. I talked to the brother John. He recommended CDT audio speakers. After purchasing an Arc audio amp, 2 component sets from CDT audio and a center channel. I almost started crying of joy. I had never in my life heard such a clean sound. I was able to hear the bass players fingers strumming the bass. I was amazed on how much mid bass these speakers put out. The mid bass was heard 40 feet outside of the car. With the center channel i felt like the singer was singing on the dash board. Not to mention the drums sound bounced off the dash. It made it feel like the drums went around the dash. read more

There customer service is ok and there shop is clean.. They are expensive and they tend to stick with one brand in re audio.. I have been happy with one of my cars but it could've been better but that's on me.. If ur looking for mainstream brands like Alpine, jl audio, kicker etc they don't recommend it and like I said they really push re audio subs and I mean to the point like there the best.. If your a fan of re audio this is the place to go hands down.. Be prepared to spend a lot of money.. read more
