The crowd loved him and the dance floor was packed through the night. He delivered everything we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. I sent him a timeline of events just a few days before and he rolled with it. He did a great job as an MC and was flexible with last minute changes (which we had quite a bit). We appreciate all he did for us and I have to say we would hire him again. He was delivering everything we wanted. And that's saying a lot because I know we weren't crazy specific about things. We left a lot of the choices to him, unsure of what to play such as dinner music and songs for the money dance. But I have to say he got it right on the dot. DJ Tuese refused to DJ 5 days before my wedding. It was his own personal choice to not comply with…read morethe county level mandate to provide either 1) proof of vaccination or 2) a negative COVID test result. While the mandate was implemented with very little notice, we had no choice to ask all of our vendors and guests to comply. Tuese was the only one who chose not to. While I understand he may have his personal beliefs, he didn't even provide a substitute. He also refused to refund the security deposit, even though he previously said that he would provide a full refund if he's unable to provide DJ services. I was left to anxiously find another DJ just days before my big day. This was immensely stressful and I wouldn't wish this on anyone planning their own wedding. I highly DO NOT recommend DJ Tuese for any of your special events.

We found Leo through our venue. We hired him for our daughter's Quinceañera…read more Since our initial meeting, we had issues. The first meeting, he no-showed. We got a text from him 7 hours later. This should've been the first red flag. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. We are all human. The following two meetings, he showed up 30 minutes late. During our final meeting, he requested I call our band. He did not want to bring his set-up and requested to use their equipment instead. My band declined to allow him to use their equipment. He then got very upset and angry. This should've been our second and final red flag with Leo. Due to our event being less than 48 hours out, we had no option; we had to move forward with him. He then demanded to be paid in full prior to the event. At our final meeting, we finalized songs, set-up time, and playing times. We hired him to play from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Per our contract, he was to provide a fog machine, lights, a gobo projector, and microphones to be used during speeches. Our event was set to start at 6:00 p.m. Our event coordinators requested all vendors, including the DJ, to arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for setup and a mic-check. Leo showed up at 5:45pm. Instead of setting up, he decided to argue with the band and venue coordinators. He was still pushing to use the band's equipment. He offered them $100 cash to allow him to use the equipment. Once our event started he decided to harass my 15 year old daughter for the music that we had provided to him. He went as far as going into the event suite where she was getting ready this suite was full of minor girls. He continue to ask for the set list to add it to his Spotify account so he can play from it. Once my coordinator kicked him out of the suite were the girls were at he then proceeded to continue to ask me for the songs and time stamps. I explained that I did not have my phone with me with that information. I reminded him of the many notes, emails and text communications prior to the event. I re directed him to our coordinator once more. He was extremely rude to both my self, daughter and event coordinators. We observed throughout the event that he had helped himself to our bar and was drinking. At the time of the speech the microphones were not working. It took 15 minutes for him to figure them out. He then proceeded to blame the band for the way they had set up the equipment. The songs provided to him were cut short and abruptly. He did not have the gobo or the fog machine like agreed in the contract. Our contract had him playing from 7:00 to 11:00 pm. He abruptly ended his set at 10:30 and left with no notice. Our guest where left confused wondering if the party was over. It was such a bad experience and definitely made the night stressful. Instead of enjoying the hard work put into this event. Our venue will not be working with him for any future events. Don't hire unless you're okay paying $800 for a Spotify DJ who harasses children during their event.
