First time here and I was absolutely blown away!!!! I have never, ever seen an establishment with so much sports memorabilia. This place could be a museum, as it will take you a few days to see everything. Burgers are good too, but I was heavily distracted by the walls and ceilings completely covered in sports stuff. The best part of all of it is that is isn't just haphazardly thrown up, rather meticulously placed and organized to take up every fraction of space available. We stopped by this bar to try out the local beer called spotted cow. This sports bar is cool. 2 sides once you walk into the bar, the bigger side has the helmets, jerseys, memorabilia, multiple TV mounted. I can see this place busy during football night. There was a server walking around to take food orders however we were already full. Just walked up to the bar and ordered few beers. Bar is located in shopping plaza, multiple free parking to choose from. Will need to come back and try the food next time. read more

I was shocked how big it is inside. I like the setting. The food was good. I got the cheese curds, fries with beer cheese, mozzarella sticks. I would re-purchase the cheese curds and beer cheese, both were super good. The pool tables were fun, they do need some cue chalk though. I would have liked maybe some tables by the pool table area to set drinks and food down, I had to put mine on a stool. I would return here. Bar tender was nice :) read more

DJ's has pretty much everything you want, if you want a suburban sports bar. Despite the strip mall location, the inside is huge! You could easily have a large group head in to watch the game. And watch you will, as there are TV's all over. The space not taken up by TV's is absolutely crammed with sports memorabilia - jerseys, photos, bats etc. I don't think there's an open space anywhere. If you're more into pool, they look to have plenty of tables (I don't know if they are free or not). Now, it's a bar so what about drinks? Well, they're pretty cheap! $2.50 domestic tall boy cans will suit most, and I think there are some crafts available. I stuck to Tito's sodas and thought those were priced pretty well. There's bar food too - I didn't partake but they have what you'd expect. Pleasant bartenders (no table service for drinks or food). If you're looking for a place to watch a game or play pool, and you're in the Falls, DJ's is a-ok. read more

Fun bar to watch a game at...so many TVs, it's hard to even pay attention to which TV to watch at times! Atmosphere is cool with all of the different sports memorabilia. Overall good selection for beers and drinks. But the food really needs an upgrade. I think it's very average to just under average food. We had a crew of about 25-30 people meet here last night to celebrate our daughter's engagement. Having never been to DJ's before I wasn't sure how it would be walking in with no reservations or advance notice at all of our group. The staff was so accommodating, welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had our own space and took great care of the whole crew. Once inside, it's hard to believe it's in a strip mall as the place is just huge and packed with sports memorabilia everywhere you look. Simply put, this place is awesome. The owner came over the intercom and berated and shamed the patrons in the restaurant and their children who were celebrating a basketball tournament. Went in here for the first time cuz we were in the mood for bar food, and it was great! HOWEVER, the service was SERIOUSLY lacking! Sat at the bar on the right when you come in the door...MAYBE 4 other people in there, 2 bartenders. Ordered a beer, and went through the VERY limited menu. Ordered chicken strips and a cheeseburger, were handed a pager and told that when the pager went off, we could PICK UP OUR OWN FOOD at the kitchen window?!?! HUH?!?! Been to my share of bars, and never once had to be my own waitstaff. We were asked how our food was once...cool. Never once asked if I wanted another beer. Bartenders had enough time to go out and smoke and play on their phones though. Took forever for anyone to be attentive enough to get us a to-go container and our bill. A growing bar, not much staff. i Order some Mac and cheese with some fried chicken and bacon on top, keep in mind- each topping was $3.00... the total for my Mac and cheese was about $17.00. This establishment was extremely rude. It's owner was swearing at a group that was in there tonight. Started using the F word to multiple women. The group even after being harassed and attacked by the owner cleaned up their own tables and had people around them. Who were not from the group, came out to apologize for how this was handled. I live in Buffalo NY and visit Menomonie Falls monthly, I make it a point to stop in for lunch and a Tito's , service and food is good and owner Don is usually present and always handing out a handshake and small conversations. Plenty of pool tables and dart boards! Even on a busy weekend night you can probably snag one or the other. Truth...I was a little turned off at a bar located in a strip mall, but the place is huge with an outside patio. Looks like they bought two store fronts and took out a wall so the bar wraps around in a horseshoe. Bartenders were pretty friendly, I ordered three pizzas last Friday when I went there with the family and the bartender gave me a free drink. I went to the bar for the Packer game last week. The place is big, so social distancing was awesome. The owner was super friendly and I am not sure how he makes a profit with $2.50 large cans of beer. The have pool and bags set up if you are looking to practice or meet your friends for a fun game. Place looks alright and the owner is really enthusiastic about his place and lives to tell about it. However, don't come for the food. A Fish fry is more then 5 little nuggets, some fries, coleslaw and a piece of marble rye. This place seem to cater more to the drinking crowd then to the real dining crowd. A great sports bar to meet up with friends and watch a game. This place is HUGE and there is always room for cornhole and pool. $2.50 tall boys is an awesome deal when with a big group! We rented their party room online and they were quick to respond and help us set up a date. The staff was very friendly and the bathrooms are usually pretty clean. Great environment if you like sports and pool. Had a ton of fun there but as the bar neared closing, had a bad experience that really had no other motive than racism. I'm an Asian American male that has bought quite a few drinks and tipped well as always. I had coke to the bar at around 1:40pm to order one more drink for my good friend because it was his birthday. I asked politely to the bartender who was a white female, she didn't seem interested in helping and when I finally got her reluctant attention, she said she called bar time 10 minutes ago. I said, "Thanks, I must've not heard. Have a good night." No attitude on my end as that made sense. As I was saying my goodbyes at around 1:55am, the bartenders are yelling "we are closing" to everyone in the bar. Again, I get it. Then I see the same bartender, pouring shots out for a group of patrons at the bar, about 4-5 people all of whom are white. Now I know what most of you all are thinking, it's not racist, it's probably her friends, it's just regulars, etc etc. I really wish professional establishments like this that serve a pretty sizeable Asian American population would keep that same energy serving white patrons as they do the other patrons. All the money is good money. But not all businesses are good businesses. Please keep your bartenders in check, not acceptable. My experience at DJs goalpost was surprisingly fun. They have lots of pool tables and video games to keep customers entertained. The down fall is that there was only one bartender in charge of everything so the waiting time for my food was long. However, the food was delicious and their wide selection of alcohol was magnificent. They had lots of great music and sports to watch on TV. Owner is a 1st class loser. Loud and obnoxious! I saw him try to humiliate a worker right in front of his whole bar. Service sucks. (Very slow and understaffed). Food Sucks. Was served raw chicken. Dirty fork too. I don't know where he finds these bartenders but they don't have much of a personality. I used to be a regular there on Thursdays but I won't be going back. I know a bunch of the guys that play softball and go there on Thursdays after the games. A few weeks ago, those guys spent a lot of money on shuffleboard, pull tabs, and jukebox. Probably like $300. That's not even including drinks. So at the end of the night, the bartender (owners daughter) gives them a drink bill for $245 for 4 guys. 2 of the guys were drinking beer. So one of the guys questions the bill and the bartender explains it and everything is fine. They still tipped her over 20%. It should have been over right there. The following week, the owner walks up to one of the guys, points in his face, and calls him a drunk in front of his son. He continues to argue with him and tells them he has them recorded on video and audio giving his daughter a hard time (I'm pretty sure that it's against the law to record audio in Wisconsin ). First of all, they never gave the bartender a hard time at all. They only asked a question. Second, it is so unprofessional and rude to insult your good customers, especially in front of others. I know that the softball team and all of their friends, including myself, will never spend another penny in that place. Not to mention that the food is terrible and the place is dirty. read more
