My family and I stopped by District Fore Social for drinks and apps, but we ended up staying to check out the activities and play darts! I loved the concept of District Fore, it was like Topgolf meets arcade meets backyard cookout. They offered many different games, such as a golf simulator, darts, and more. They usually only allow customers to rent out a game room in hour-long increments, but we were able to pay for a half hour of darts because we only had that much time before we had to leave for our event. I really appreciated the hospitality from all the staff during my visit to District Fore! We didn't eat dinner at District Fore, so I only got to try the cheese curds. They were so buttery and crispy, and the cheese pulls rivaled those of the Chili's mozzarella sticks! They were also much bigger in size than other cheese curds I have had during my time in Milwaukee. One order of the cheese curds appetizer was the perfect size to share between the four of us. I randomly found place next to Sweet Diner and I was amazed by what I seen inside. This is the best sports bar ever!!!!! Big screen TVs all over, to watch basketball, football, and baseball. You can entertain yourself by playing darts or you can bring in your own golf clubs and play golf virtually. The food and drinks are good. I tried the steak and I felt like I was in Brazil the way it was cooked and the sauce made my mouth water. This is not only a place for adults, college students, but kids can come as well. Very kind friendly during the day. I would love to see how it is during the Super Bowl, NBA playoffs and championship. The menu isn't bad. What a great space to watch your favorite sport on TV. I loved the open space, large tables and uncarpeted floor. My husband ordered the dry rubbed wings and was a little disappointed in the lack of flavor. I ordered the pesto chicken baguette which was okay. I definitely had more bread than meat and sandwich was drastically missing the much needed red onion it boasted. (see picture). Fries needed salt but waitress didn't return to ask how things were until the fries were ice cold. They only have one bartender for the entire place, who is always working their ass off, but it's not efficient. Bathroom lights time out within 2 minutes, consistently out of soap and other supplies. Games are pricey, which I would be fine with if they either worked consistently or the time slots were better managed. But we wait in line to play with a group ahead of us who has timed out, not playing, not talking to each other, and management doesn't move the line along for other playing patrons. Stopped into District Fore Social on a Saturday afternoon for a spring and a midafternoon snack. It was our first time in and we found the restaurant to be super clean and full of life. We were sat quickly and the chairs were super comfortable. Our server was fast and accommodating as it took as a little while to pick our drinks. Soft pretzel was hot and not greasy as some are and came with both mustard and a cheese dipping sauce. Angus beef sliders were smash burger style and the caramelized onions gave them the flavor that took them from plain to great. Will definitely go back again. I went here a few weeks ago for what was supposed to be a cute date night I had planned for my bf and I since he's super into Darts and this concept is a cool one. I booked online (60min darts lane reservation) , it was an easy process, we arrived on time and were promptly shown to our lane. The server took forever to get our orders and after our first round of drinks arrive we didn't hear from him for 25 minutes and then we ordered some fries and those came out but a server never returned for another 30+ minutes. Our reservation had timed out and we were frustrated with the lack of service because we would've purchased 2-3 more rounds of drinks. But we could see him serving others but not coming by our area. Then we finally caught our servers attention and asked to be moved to the table to try and salvage the experience with what looked like was good food. We sat at a wet table with no menus for 10 minutes with no attention from any servers. We flagged down a different server and they mentioned something about getting our server and once he finally came around it had been another 5 - 10 minutes. I love District Fore. Since we've moved to Milwaukee, we've had trouble finding sports bars like the ones in the south. This is the closest we've found. There is likely always going to be a deal hear. Especially if Wisconsin teams are playing. It is never crowded or busy so it's very easy to find a seat. The food is actually pretty good. I've really enjoyed the burgers and the nachos. Beer options are good as well. You can find something you're interested in, and you can put anything into a beer tower which is a great deal during game days! read more

Was at a bar restaurant down the street with some friends but wanted to get a little nightcap/mini date night before going back home and happened across District Fore. This is a giaaaant bar with a ton of seating and divided sections with multiple bars. We came to play some darts which unfortunately you have to pay for (I think it was $8/hour? not sure) but after actually playing it... I'd come back just for the darts. They have an interactive dart board/TV that I've never seen before where you can actually set up different goals/games that will show up above the actual dart board. So things similar to like battleship, street fighter. And your points / wins are based on where you hit on the dart board. It was so cool, we were this close to staying another hour even though it was late and we had early mornings. My only gripe is that we ordered a couple drinks from the bar and the one I ordered was missing an ingredient but the bartender said she could add something sweet/similar to make up for it. The drink ended up being horrible but she re-made it and it tasted a little better but still really weird? But at that point I gave up and just took it. The other drink we ordered was really good though so I think it was hopefully just a fluke. read more

Atmosphere: very cool place! Large TVs that are perfect for watching sports. There are multiple very high quality dart boards with areas that can fit large groups of people. The golf simulators are also large and really fun. It is an ideal place to have a party, large or small, where everyone will have a good time. Service: shoutout Breanna!! She was amazing, very friendly and attentive. She was knowledgeable about the restaurant, and is another positive about District Fore. I hope to have her again next time I'm back! Really great venue for watching a game. Several 75 inch or larger televisions surrounding the whole venue to watch your favorite team. Dartboards, golf, simulators, and live music (most nights). We were here the week of the grand opening for a friends birthday and had a great experience. The service was very attentive, even pushing together tables to accommodate our group on short notice. We tried several cocktails which were all delicious but the espresso martini was a crowd favorite. I came here for a Yelp event. I'm glad it gave me a chance to check out the District Fore Social. The recently launched sports bar has a cool and chill vibe. Brown leather energy. The main highlight of this exceptional club is, undoubtedly, the virtual golf experience. Even if you are not a golfer, this fun and unique experience cannot be missed. I have gone to district fore 3 or 4 times now and have had mixed experiences. The environment is great and it is located in the third ward, but their prices are quite high. I've always had good service, except my most recent visit where some friends and I rented the golf simulator. On the rental, it said we got the "off peak" price which is $20 less than the "peak" hours price. They proceeded to charge us for the peak price even after I showed the reservation confirmation which stated "off peak". Our waiter also didn't serve us while we were golfing until after we had to go up and ask for drinks. Overall, they have good food, a good atmosphere, but our last visit did not have great customer service. Other than our most recent experience and the slightly high drink/food prices, the place is fun. read more

I got the sweet potato waffles fries option for extra $1. Very good. All good there. My Wife got Chicago Cop salad and liked it. She eats lots of salad and got shocked added. Service was great, friendly and professional. They had cool dart stations and seating and two simulated golf and other stuff with fun and comfortable seating options.
