No upsell, no delay, just quick service. I overhear several phone calls with customers while I was waiting that sounded very professional and honest. The waiting room was the cleanest that I have ever experienced in a small shop like this. They had water and seltzer in a mini fridge. They also had a Kurig for coffee. It broke and would not close or open. Keep in mind that I did not buy this boat there because they did not have any at the time that I wanted one and they were pretty hard to get a few months ago. So I called them last Tuesday (Oct 12th 2021) and they told me no problem bring it in next Tuesday and they will get it fixed including parts if need and back to me by Friday. I was thrilled about such a short turn around time given the way things, service, and parts have been going lately. Well here is what happened today Oct 19th. I arrived and they knew I was coming from the appointed I had made. They told me to pull it into the yard. This where things went fantastically! I pulled in and met up with Sean (not sure how he spells it). Sean asked what was going on so I explained it to him. He came over to look at it and said to me "Oh yeah I know what this is". Immediately after looking at he instantly knew what was wrong!! He told me that it is missing a washer under the screw and that the factory used the wrong screw!!! He told me he would fix it for me right now!! He went to get a few tools and I'm serious, had my boat fixed in less that 10 minutes!! He said ok its all good you can take it. I was shocked. I expected it to be down for days. I ran into Steve I think his name is, who is the owner. I raved, rightfully so, about what Sean just did for me. When I asked if I need to do anything or show paper work or anything they said "no, it's all good you can take it" Look I know no place is perfect. Some places drop the ball now and then. But I will tell you one thing, I will never take my jet ski anywhere else for any service that it might need. These guys were fantastic! This is the way to handle a customer or to make more customers. Thank you so much guys for getting me fixed up so fast and for having a mechanic like Sean working for you. He is fantastic! I'll be seeing you for my 50 hour routine maintenance when it is due. Thanks to Steve too!

I hadn't been to Bert's since my open-heart surgery in 2021, and it was great to come home. Jenn was amazing. She was super-friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful to my son and myself. All the staff at Bert's are top-notch, but Jenn was "over the top". She helped us find everything we were looking for, without any of the pressure some sales associates at other retailers put you through. Give Jenn a nice raise, Bert!

I had a fabulous coupon for $14.99 oil change and filter up to 5 quarts it was the oil I use also…read morefree tire rotation and a free 21-point inspection. That was a blessing because of my finances at the time. But I think I understand now for that price they didn't rotate my tires because they had some lug nut excuse I've had my tires rotated twice before no problem, and I see nowhere on my receipt where they did any kind of inspection report, again everywhere else with everything the mechanic checks and rates the condition. They're very friendly there don't get me wrong, and I didn't realize till I got home looking at the receipt it shows where they have checked nothing else merely replaced oil and filter so 21 point inspection is a bit fabricated. From overhearing conversations with other customers with their problems, I don't think I would trust them for a complicated situations. But I believe they probably try to save the customer money but I wouldn't feel comfortable with a mechanic putting plumber tape on a fitting in my car just saying.
