No upsell, no delay, just quick service. I overhear several phone calls with customers while I was waiting that sounded very professional and honest. The waiting room was the cleanest that I have ever experienced in a small shop like this. They had water and seltzer in a mini fridge. They also had a Kurig for coffee. So we went back a couple weeks later (we'd been out of town) and asked them to rotate the tires how we wanted them, and they threw in balancing for free. We were told the batteries had to be charged and that there's "something electrically wrong" that they cannot diagnose. As someone in the industry, that response is unacceptable after charging a customer thousands of dollars. If the problem couldn't be properly diagnosed, replacing expensive parts beforehand raises serious questions about the diagnostic process and how those repair decisions were made. Dealership service departments are supposed to have the highest level of training, diagnostic equipment, and technical support. Charging a customer $5,000 and then admitting you can't diagnose the issue is not what anyone should expect from a professional service department. I was simply trying to help my customer get their vehicle repaired properly. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Very disappointing.

Not wanting to wait around, I dropped my vehicle off at the shop and it was ready to be picked up about four hours later. That was sooner than I thought it would be - and that's great service. The job was completed promptly and properly. The best part about this experience was the gentleman working there. The service writers were professional, nice to talk to, and they didn't try to upsell me for additional parts and services I didn't need. It's hard to find honesty and integrity in the automotive repair business. You'll probably agree that most consumers are skeptical of car repair services, and they should be, for a good reason - it's an extremely competitive business. The location is convenient, situated where the 41 runs into the 776. It's also good to know that there's a WaWa convenience store adjacent to Tire Kingdom. You can go shop the C-store and enjoy some snacks and beverages while you are waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. I explained multiple times that my truck is not lifted and is completely stock height, but he continued insisting it was against company policy for them to work on lifted trucks. I then asked him to show me where this policy was posted. He said he would check and went to the back room. When he came back, he admitted he could not find any posting, but still claimed it was company policy and refused to service my vehicle. Despite explaining again that the truck is standard height, the manager on duty still refused to accept it for a simple tire rotation. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The staff member was rude and unable to explain or show the policy he kept referencing. Overall, it seemed like they simply did not want to do the work. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location.
