Even though they must hear sad sob stories all day lol they show the most compassion and interest making me feel my small town vibe. I sent in on yelp a small summary of what turned out to be my transmission, Shane replied by 6:45am! Fast forward to business he humbly warned and explained all options, when all said and done got me fixed up enough to either drive all the way back home or leave pickup for a potential swap. I am one to be weary and narcissistic about these things and felt abnormally out of character to accept help and input from the man with experience. I was also referred to Blackjack Speed Shop from a friend that uses their other location. He has had multiple services done without ever having an issue. I have been here twice now resulting in a great experience. The first was for a roof rack with a light bar and the second was for a hidden light bar located above the front bumper. I had to wait for both projects to get completed which was ok since they have a nice seating area. Both times I was treated very professionally and they completed the job quickly. Afterwards they went over what was done and made sure that I was happy. As you can see from the pictures they have done a phenomenal job and the results are outstanding. We had a "drivetrain malfunction" warning and the quote was for a major repair that we had already had done at that shop as well as additional expensive work that didn't seem warranted. I came here for a second opinion as they have positive reviews and extensive training/experience in BMW work. Ruben senior immediately reviewed the history and recommended checking the solenoids before making a call. The car ran great for o another year plus when the light illuminated again. We were out of town at the time and Ruben Jr. called me twice to discuss how to deal with the situation. I was able to get the car checked and confirmed the solenoid problem that could be addressed on our return. Master European ordered the parts and is now making the repair which did not involve any of the previously recommended expensive work by the other shop. Just wanted to thank 210 Diesel for another great service call. I've been using Andrew for years…read moreand he always has great service and pricing. I had to call him out since I had some issues with my transmission and had it serviced at a transmission shop. They had to remove transmission to replace the flywheel. After doing so they called to tell me it was ready. I took it for a test drive, and the truck was shuddering pretty bad, it seemed that there was kind of short. The transmission shop said it couldn't have been anything they did. After much run around I called Andrew to see if he could find out what was causing the issue. Within minutes he noticed the wires to the sensor they had attached were bald. This ended up being a pretty easy fix, but it's about having the knowledge and experience on what to look for as they did. I highly recommend 210 service for anyone looking for a reliable,knowledgable, and trustworthy company. Thanks again.
