They hung plastic sheeting with zippers to reduce the amount of plaster dust and set up fans and humidifiers. They then sent a pack up crew, who took pictures of furniture placement and moved our furniture out. The next crew did the demo, removed 2 to 3 feet of wall board and set up more fans and humidifiers. The next crew patched the walls, repainted and restored our home. The final crew (the original pack out crew replaced our furniture per their pictures. I cannot say enough about the crew leaders, Greg, Sal, and Jesus for the terrific job they did not only with the repairs, but how they kept in touch and explained each step, gave up some options for cabinets that needed to be replaced. Hope I never their services again, but I would definitely call they if needed!

They left our downstairs bathroom in terrible shape, and despite Brittany assuring us it would be handled, we were later told the repairs were entirely our responsibility. The bigger issue came later: we found wet, broken drywall inside our upstairs HVAC air-handler closet, exactly on the wall where the leak occurred. This damage was completely missed by their team. The drywall was in perfect condition before the leak, and there is no other source of water in that location. When we informed them, Sean repeatedly promised that the drywall repair would be approved because of his relationship with the property manager. We patiently waited months. Today, he told us the request was denied -- and then denied ever promising he could get it approved. This entire experience has involved misleading assurances, inconsistent information, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging obvious oversight, they refused responsibility at every step. I wish we hadn't trusted this company. Homeowners deserve honesty and professionalism, and we did not receive either.
