All I can say is you need to be extremely patient with this location. But on a good note, I did have extra damage that wasn't going to get covered, the worker there gave me his word on fixing that small damage at no cost, which I am grateful for and that's a really good impression for future relationship's with customers. This photo was what I submitted when requesting a mobile repair quote, and the damage is centered…read moreon the reflector itself, along with dents above and below it. The repair quote I received did not specifically exclude the reflector repair, and it included a charge for "additional materials." Because of that, I reasonably believed the visible reflector damage was included as part of the repair. When I called the office before making the appointment, they didn't tell me that the reflector itself will not be fixed. When the technician arrived, he informed me that they could only repair the dents above and below the reflector, and that the damaged reflector itself was not included. When I called Bumper Buddies for clarification, I was told that because I, as the customer, did not specifically request reflector repair, it was not included in the quote even though the dents directly above and below the reflector were included. As a customer, I relied on professionals' expertise to evaluate the photos and provide an accurate estimate. If a major visible part of the damage was not included, that should have been communicated with the customer or clearly stated in the quote rather than assumed to be excluded. It's not unreasonable for customer to expect the communication of "hey, I see your reflector was also damaged, but we cannot fix the reflector itself, but we can fix the dent above and below it". The repair quote may have matched their internal interpretation of the estimate, but it did not match a customer's reasonable expectation based on the photos submitted. During my follow-up call with Nick, he repeatedly stated that it's a "communication error" and the quote did not include reflector replacement because I had not specifically requested it. That explanation raised even more concerns for me. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to identify and quote the visible damage shown in the photos. I should not be expected to name every individual damaged part or anticipate every technical detail in order to receive an accurate quote. If I had the professional knowledge to identify every repair item myself, I likely would not have needed their service in the first place. That is exactly why I turned to them for an estimate. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident on any future estimates from them unless every single item is spelled out in writing beforehand.

As an African American woman, it can sometimes feel uncomfortable going into auto shops without much knowledge about vehicles. However, if you're looking for a reliable body shop where you won't feel intimidated or pressured, this is the place. The team is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Ask for Mark--you won't regret it. I originally found Aramex Body Shop during heavy rain in Los Angeles when my Tesla needed repairs, and that experience alone made me a customer. Since then, I've now been back a total of three times, including twice last year after two separate accidents involving my Tesla Model Y. The first accident last year I was rear-end on the freeway by a speeding driver and the second involved a rear end by a drunk driver while I was a passenger. Both accidents were not my fault, which made the situation even more stressful, but Mark handled everything smoothly. During the second repair, there was some back-and-forth with my insurance (State Farm), and the adjuster was giving pushback. Mark handled everything professionally and made sure my vehicle was repaired properly with the correct Tesla parts. That level of attention and advocacy really stood out. At one point, I was even out of the country, and Mark kept me updated the entire time through text (which I prefer), along with phone calls when needed. Communication was always clear, consistent, and convenient. He handled the follow-ups and made sure everything stayed on track, which took a lot of stress off me. Every time I've picked up my car, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor--honestly even better than when I brought it in. Mark is professional, thorough, reliable, and truly cares about his customers. He even followed up after pickup to make sure everything was good. What's the point of paying $3,700 if it won't fix the problem? After nearly two weeks, I picked up the trailer and discovered serious new damage caused by their shop. Their forklift cut through the main wiring harness, broke my safety chains, damaged the coupler, and broke the rear license plate light. They attempted to claim the damage was pre-existing -- it was not. A second repair shop confirmed the damage and quoted nearly $2,000 to fix what this shop caused. They have refused to take responsibility or reimburse me. I will be disputing the charges and pursuing legal remedies if necessary. Unprofessional, dishonest, and careless workmanship. Do not trust your equipment here.
