After the work was completed, we never received any call or message saying there was an issue or that a repair was needed. Later, when I went to collect payment for the completed work, they refused to pay the invoice and claimed there was a problem. If there had been any issue, the professional thing to do would have been to call us so we could come back and fix it. That never happened. Instead, they chose not to communicate and are now refusing to pay for the service that was already performed. That's not how professional businesses should treat their vendors. Very unprofessional way to handle business.

Caliber Collision never cease to amaze us. Most recently, I went in for a minor fender bender with my Tesla I'd initially missed. I was exhausted and ready to pay out of pocket just to fix my mistake. Instead of taking my money, the manager, Mike, personally buffed out the scratches and used a heat gun/touch-up paint to restore the plastic. It looks brand new, and he did it out of the goodness and kindness of his heart. They also saved my kid $1,000 during COVID by sourcing quality used parts for his Leaf when new ones were overpriced and scarce. My husband is incredibly picky about paint blending, and they always go the extra mile to redo work until it's perfect. This is what good customer service is all about! This isn't just a repair shop; they truly care about their customers and their craftsmanship. If you want honest work and a perfect finish, come here. Unfortunately, I didn't have a "before" photo. I wished I took it. This is the " after" photo. The scratch marks are gone. The plastic scrape paint got touchup. Just wants to make it clear. This location doesn't repair anything on Tesla at all. They tried very hard to discourage me to go there, but my family had many good experiences there. I insisted. At the end, it was a wise decision. My damages was so minor that it doesn't need to go to special Tesla approved body shop.
