Omg! The other day we started smelling a bad odor in the house like poop smell, we looked all over but couldn't find what was causing it. After doing some online research I've found that it might be coming from underneath the house and that I should get a plumber to take a look. Our plumber came over and reported that our crawl space was full of sewage! He said before he could find where it is and repair the broken pipe he would need it to be professionally cleaned and suggested I find a cleanup company. Luckily with yelp it's a lot easier these days and I was able to get several quotes within a couple days, DLS was BY FAR the most reasonably priced and sounded like they know what they're doing, they got everything cleaned up and clear within a day and even pin pointed where the problem was exactly to my plumber who repaired the broken drain pipe thereafter. We had some bad roof repairs done which resulted in a totally flooded laundry room. We'd never dealt with any water damage before, and we knew that we wanted it fixed before any mold started growing. I asked several friends for referrals, and multiple people told me to call DLS. It was definitely the right call! DLS came out the same day and quickly discovered which walls really needed repairs and which were salvageable. The next day their crew arrived, neatly removed all of the damaged drywall, and put the drying equipment in place. They even moved the appliances that were in the way. The work was done very quickly and expertly. Most importantly, for me, was that everything was very clean. We had problems. Man, did we ever have problems. A middle of the night burst pipe above a basement office and suddenly, we have no more basement office to speak of. I found these guys thru a referral from my mom and the immediately came over to my place and told .. do now worry .. we will take care of you . We can get your place back to what it was before ... if not better . They did this With tremendous professionalism and class. They also made sure my place was move-in clean and ready for my family to move back in during a busy holiday season . A lot of people are out there that do not know what they are doing when it comes to removal of asbestos. DLS Projects Mgmt. knows their stuff and works "by the book." Work involved asbestos remediation, which entailed removal of several layers of flooring (over 60 yrs) down to the 1x6s subflooring and removal of bottom 18" of plaster to expose the wood in the walls.
