I want to start by saying that no matter what I put here is enough to give David and team the credit they deserve. I call David "God sent". I have a rental property, the tenants called me one morning to tell me that water is coming everywhere from the kitchen ceiling and it's a huge mess. We called a plumber who fixed the pipe then came the worst surprise, the mold in the area. The tenants were freaking out and I had to call so many people to take care of the problem.
