we had a skunk in our crawl space and called Luis at Nex and left a message…read more within an hour he called back and came the same afternoon. he identified the issues, which were gaps between our toweh and the foundation. He and his assistant fixed the problem set a trap and came back multiple times to check. Never asked for payment. Luis then figured out we share a crawl space with our neighbor who has the same gap issue. Luis fixed that and put in a one way door so the skunk can go out and not get back in. Very humane.
