We are a business in Ventura. Insight was great on the 1st visit but when it comes to actually following up on warranty service, it becomes a chore. Their 1st reaction will always be "that is just fall out from our last treatment so nothing we can do" or, that is a breakout from outside. When I bring up common sense questions such as" if it is a live outbreak from outside, why are they not outside or at our other business right next door"? and after a few emails or calls, they will come out, give it a quick treatment, termites gone for a couple days/weeks/months, then they are back and the same old story starts again. I have told them we are willing to pay again if the warranty service is an issue - we just want the problem solved. So, now we are nearing the end of the warranty and they simply do not want to come back out but they did tell me that they can do a much more expensive service. . . .but wait, I thought they were coming from outside - so, if it is a warranty call, then they are coming from outside and nothing they can do. If it is a more expensive service, they can do it! lol. No thanks, trust is lost. Look elsewhere. read more
