When I went to the outside staff to alert them to this I was told, "Talk to the guy up front". I did, and admittedly he tried to look, but was unsuccessful - found two other magnets though after I requested to speak to the manager. When I did ask to speak to the manager at the front desk, I was told he wasn't here. I was then chastized and told "Look, it's not our fault. You should have taken them off. There's a sign up there." Well, if I wasn't rushed away from the car for them to start their job, I would have. Additionally, I've had the one magnet on my car (ironically the one that's still on it) through SEVERAL car washes at other places and never had an issue, much less it's also been on SEVERAL of my cars. They're both approximately the same size, and this one is lost. I can accept some responsibility for not removing the magnets, but to be treated in such a rude and disrespectful manner when I was clearly upset by the loss, not acceptable in my book. Now I will have to find out where this magnet was purchased and get a new one - an additional cost to this already expensive car wash!

We had to figure everything out ourselves while they dragged their feet. We didn't want to go the legal route we had hoped a business would just make things right but that is far from the case .
