Brand new vehicle, catastrophic damage -- from an oil change. Even worse was the response: no urgency, no help with the tow, no rental assistance, and no reimbursement for missed work not even an offer to reimburse the god damn oil change that ruined her vehicle . We had to figure everything out ourselves while they dragged their feet. We didn't want to go the legal route we had hoped a business would just make things right but that is far from the case . An oil change should never turn into a blown motor. I wouldn't trust this shop with a lawnmower.

The main issue is the line management getting cars into the gates and then queued up for wash. Unfortunately, I had no luck until today. I stumbled upon New Providence Hand Car Wash via Yelp. Due to highly ranked reviews, I called to see if I needed an appointment before heading over. I spoke to Stephen on the phone. He asked me what type of service I was looking for. After our conversation, he asked me to stop by so he could explain their service. Not only was Stephen extremely thorough with explaining what the service entailed, Andrew and Pepe (who took care of the detailing and wash) were absolutely amazing!
