He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. Doug is fantastic. I'll start by saying he came over my house and discovered my problem I had immediately. He replaced my breaker that went bad. He solved my 240 volt EV charging port within minutes. I am able to charge my EV car now from home and go to work tomorrow. He charged me a great price for his electrical expertise. I'm hiring him for 2 future projects. He's replacing my existing 240 wall outlet and installing a ChargePoint 20-80 Amp 240 wall mount unit. I'm going to pay a little bit extra and go with an 80 amp. I'll be charging at much more faster time due to Doug's experience and knowledge. I'm also having him do my kitchen lights above my counter. He's going to do all the wiring and electrical work.
