I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan from them and it seemed to work just enough to pass Maryland inspection. After I got my inspection in January the car had given me nothing but problems. I have had to receive over 2500 dollars in repairs since receiving the car 6 months ago starting with oil and coolant leaks. This final round of repairs hasn't even been successful. The car will not start for the 3rd time even with the new battery. I feel like everything but the engine and the motor has been replaced. Do not buy a car from here. They are just trying to get cars off the lot. They are not good cars. Just lemons. I'm posting a review to save everyone else. read more

The last place you want to buy a car from unless your a fool I was. I bought a car from them. The sales went fine. Everyone was so nice. That was were it stoppped. As I was driving the car home I found that there was cold air coming in on passengers side. I have called them about it. I gave them the estimate of 3000. They said they would get back to me. They never called back after several calls. Also the parking lights dont work so it will not pass inspection, even though It was supposed of pass VA inspection. Yes It had a stick on it an prove of inspection. I had my my guy look at it and found that one of the vent motors was bad and the other vent most wasnt not even pluged in. So here I am. I drove all the way from Baltimore Maryland to see a vehicle this business was selling. It was described as being in great condition. Before I arrived to the dealership in Falls Church Virginia I asked the owner why was the car marked down so much (approximately $1000 below average value/cost). I was told "it is priced to sell" to someone who wants to pay cash. When I arrived I evaluated the vehicle and it looked pretty good. To be safe I took it for a pre-sale appraisal at a local body shop. Turns out the vehicle is full of rust underneath and would have been a money pit if I had bought it. It was also not safe to drive because one bolt on either end of the driveshaft support was missing. Due to the rust that drive shaft support could have broken off resulting in a catastrophic failure. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! read more

I am beyond livid. I put a down payment of 4,200 that we barely had towards a loan thinking we would owe 4-5k left on our auto loan. The car was 8,700 and we put down 4,200, imagine my surprise when our auto loan said we owed 8,200 instead of 4-5k!!!! We talked to them and apparently that down payment wasn't for the car but for the car dealership, they made us pay for the contract (1800) plus a bunch of other fees to the dealership. The verbal was that it was going towards our loan. They sold us an 8,700 van and got 14,200!!!! They are scammers who prey on people with kids. read more

I did not end up buying the car from this dealership, mostly because of issues during test drive. Having been said, this place seemed to be a no-BS place, although their cars are AS-IS, as are all dealers. Got a GREAT little Mini Cooper S Clubman at a GREAT price!! Yousef was very kind, knowledgable, honest, and I truly felt like he cared about "people" rather than just "customers" based on his down to earth, tell-it-like-it-is manner and willingness to go the extra mile. When Yousef was unavailable, Fousad helped facilitate the deal when I was working with a very inexperienced bank lender to finalize everything. They were patient, cooperative, and very helpful, together ensuring I was able to get the car I wanted and even offered to deliver as I am a single mom with no family in the area to help. When the inspection station couldn't find the key for the wheel locks in order to complete the brake check, Yousef made sure I got them. The car then passed inspection easily, is a solid car, got the thumbs up from my Mini mechanic who looked it over and is running very well several weeks now after purchase. I just purchased a 2010 BMW 328i from these guys about a week ago, trusting their posting and their assurance that NOTHING was wrong with the car mechanically. I drove the car home and the next day after I drove it for a few miles the "Service Engine Soon" light came on, so for peace of mind I took it to the dealership to have it checked and a few hours later I learned that I could not drive the car as it needed major repairs totaling to $10,000. I had just bought the car for $8,400. These guys are not to be trusted. Be very careful, they tell everyone that comes in that they have the best prices and nothing at all is wrong with their cars. I was trying to fill the air in my tires at the gas station in falls church at night. It was cold and dark outside, and the air machine didn't have a tire pressure gauge to check the pressure levels. It then started to rain and I didn't know what to do. That was when two gentlemen offered to help me. They were very, very kind. They brought their pressure gauge and made sure to inflate the tires to the right level. They didn't ask for or take anything for this kind act. When I asked for their business card, I found out that one of the men (Youseff) owns this dealership. I haven't had a chance to do business with this dealership but I am very sure that you can trust a business whose owner has such a kind heart. Two months after buying a car from them I find out the car has so many issues the cost of fixing it is over the price of the car. When I went there to address this with one of the owners he made emphasis that they don't sell "bad cars" it is obviously a bad car. Took the car to his mechanic (which I don't speak the language so I really don't know what they were communicating) and told me the car has no issues but a valve that was supposedly replaced by the dealer. This car has been giving me issues since the second week we had it, they sold me the car with an oil leak that unfortunately I didn't notice until the second week of owning the car. They washed their hands and said that after two months there's nothing they can do for me. read more

I worked with Fouad. Great service nice guy. Test drove a few cars and ended up getting one of the higher priced cars on the lot. 2017 Hyundai ELANTRA. The prices overall seemed pretty reasonable. There was a place I went before I looked at a cheaper Hyundai at a different dealership. At the other dealership (not affiliated with DMV Automotive) I ended up getting another ELANTRA inspected with a rodent nest and it had portions of some tubes bitten off. Our next stop was Dmv automotive Falls Church and it was a whole different experience we ended up getting the Hyundai at around $3000 below bluebook value granted we needed to do $2000 in repairs all in new parts with warranty at Mr. Tire and Firestone. Go to DMV automotive if you want a reasonably priced used car. Just make sure to get it inspected before buying so that you know the full cost of the car as I would recommend with any used car. It's been a month now and the car is working great love the rearview camera and the Apple CarPlay with the voice commands. Car is accelerates great and is fuel-efficient. Thanks Fouad! read more
