Con artists ripping off the public. Guilty of Financial Transaction Fraud. Incompetent, dishonest, 100% untrustworthy. Steals from the public under color of law. Arrogant and rude when called out on their incompetence. First they refused to register my classic smog exempt 1981 Diesel Mercedes unless I got a smog certificate. I had to pull up California State Law on my phone and show the DMV employee at window 32 on 3-4-2020 at ~4pm that I am legally exempt from smog inspection after she rudely said "I'm not going to argue with you." Her body language and facial expression indicated she saw me as a lowlife. This is highly offensive to me as I am an engineer/land surveyor with college education. She was in the wrong and never apologized for it. At window 14, I was told I could not register my car for one year. I could only pay the two year registration fee. If I wanted to pay the one year fee, I had to come back on the expiration date of the expired title to the car I just bought. The car's title expired in 2013 and has been non-op. In order to pay $187 instead of $290, I needed to come back on the month and day date of the expiration is what I was told. This makes absolutely no sense at all. It HAS to be illegal. Since the guy at window 14 refused to register my car unless I bought 2 years worth of registration, I went ahead and paid 2 years in the interests of getting the car on the road. The employee at window 14 on March 4, 2020 charged my card TWICE. As a result, this DMV franchise stole $290 from me. Today, Im going to try to recover the money this DMV franchise stole from me by committing Transaction Fraud, which is a felony. The SEC handles this. If this DMV has charged you fees you dont owe and refused to provide you registration unless you pay fees you are not legally required to pay, file a complaint with Securities Exchange Commission for Transaction Fraud. Make sure you keep all the evidence possible. Use your cell phone to record the entire process of registering your car. Post the video on YouTube to warn others about the Fraud, Waste and Abuse happening at this CA DMV franchise. Also, this is Racketeering and Extortion as defined in the RICO Act. The organized crime syndicate is the CA State government which has become a rouge socialist regime. It is no longer part of the United States of America. This is evidenced by their persecution of American Citizens in favor of illegally present foreign nationals, even allowing them to vote in our elections and hold government jobs. Also, their rampant financial fraud under color of law demonstrates this. The State of California is a socialist rebellion against good sense. This DMV franchise location is an example of it. The law is supposed to predict government behavior. For poor people who cant afford a cell phone so they can show the DMV employees how to do their job, since the highly compensated DMV employees dont know how and their high paid supervisor is corrupt and worthless, sorry. Federal Law by taking my money, my personal property, without due process of law. $440. The 3000 year old Law of Moses, the founding basis of Western Law, by stealing from me. They charged my card twice in retaliation for revealing their incompetence to hundreds of people waiting in line to get defrauded. The Law of Moses says: "You shall not steal." This DMV franchise ignores this particular Law of Moses. Not only that, but before Moses, Hammurabi banned stealing BEFORE Moses. One! Rude little middle aged Mexican with long hair, speaking two hundred miles per hour except in Spanish to his amigos and unwilling to answer a question from anyone except to yell, hurry, hurry. Then we had the pleasure of dealing with a 350 pound black clerk who could not find enough energy to speak, simply holds up fingers as if speaking American Sign Language. Nazi Security. I was treated like a criminal by security. I believe as a parent I have the legal right to be with my son who is under 18, but I was told I couldn't stand with my teenage son in line, I was told even though the seats are full to go over there and wait and then to wait outside I was told that I couldn't wait in the driving tests only outside section I saw them yell at people for having their shoe too close to the road I saw them tell people to get back in the car and wait, to turn off the radio while waiting. I was there an hour and a half. The actual DMV workers WERE PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. It is security that needs to be fired!!!!!!!! Today my daughter have on appointment for her driving test, " behind the well " and.....JUAN Hispanic old men with white hair and white beard the person that was behind the desk ... JUAN,,,,,was the most disgusting person We have met I think we pay for the service we need, and I think they don't do us a favor. It was the worst experience for my daughter and for me I hope that the management does something about it and better trains the staff so that they can provide an appropriate service. read more

This review is for registration and regular driver license not the real id. Made appointment on weekday for registration but it didn't seem to save too much time over regular line. recommend better in person. The license renewal was on saturday with no appointment. Yes it took like an hour but for a saturday with no appointment it moved pretty fast considering the auditorium sized place was full. They had good service overall. 1000 percent improvement over old office. read more

Best DMV people and service here. But watch out when you are trying to use Apple Maps to navigate here, it will navigate you turn around to "W Avenue L8" , which is a deserted road. This place takes a really long time to get in. Sometimes you have to go there. It's not a fun place to go.
